I had a plumbing issue and couldn't find a local contractor through the company, as they are not local and have been bought out by a Colorado-based company. This defeats the purpose of having a local service with established relationships in the area. I was told to find my own plumber and submit for reimbursement, with a low dollar limit. The lack of local presence and relationships makes the service ineffective and frustrating for customers like me.

I had to use my warranty multiple times, but it was a frustrating experience. The first time, the assigned contractor wouldn't respond to calls for an electrical issue. We had to go through the process again. Another time, a common A/C unit component wasn't covered, making the warranty seem pointless as we had to pay out of pocket. Overall, the warranty didn't provide the expected coverage and left me dissatisfied as a customer.

The Plumbing Company, C&P Plumbing was out quickly to help with our Hot Water repair! We needed help after our circuit breaker tripped and we had no Hot Water! My daughter is a Nurse at VCU, and my husband is disabled with ALS. They can not skip showers, and thanks to C&P Plumbing no one in our household will have to worry about showers, running the dishwasher or doing the laundry!

My first Claim Professionalism 5 Stars. The Tech Hamid from On Time Heating and Plumbing was amazing. Efficiency and Effectiveness 5 Stars each. Second Claim (Still Ongoing) Professionalism 5 Stars. The Tech Ben and the owner Angelo from A&P Appliances are amazing. Efficiency 1 Star. I give 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty the lowest ranking because of their paperwork screw-up the job got delayed a week because the part was not ordered. It was not an issue for A&P it was on 2-10's side. This brought my overall ranking of the company down a Star to make it 4 Stars. Effectiveness has not been rated yet as the work is still outstanding.

When there is a problem, you can't get a hold of a person necessarily. Everything's done through the app, and luckily I found that there are local area managers. I found that if you go to them, it's much better. It's not perfect, but, you end up with someone better. It's just getting the right person. I told somebody who's buying once their builder's warranty goes out to call me and I'll tell them about y'all.

I needed to use the warranty recently actually. I think we went online, we submitted the request and they actually replied really fast. I think it was like they started working the claim right away, giving us an update the very next day. I got an actual call from the vendor, so that's what I like the most. They're very responsive.

Most of the time I called they did get things taken care of, everything got fixed. They had to fix the electric the outlets - they found out there was wiring stuff that was messed up - so they fixed that. So I'm very satisfied.

Very pleasant, professional, and quick responses. We're pleased with them and we've used it several times. We had a problem with our air conditioning and they immediately sent it out to a company, a contractor, and they responded that afternoon. They came out the next day, repairs were done, we paid our copayment and everything worked fine.

It's a great company. They get somebody right away. And it's amazing if you use the home owner's portal how much faster you get responses than you do when you call. Just a month ago I had a couple of water leaks on my copper pipes. I called them and the next day I had all tech plumbing out and they fixed them. I paid my 100 bucks and then it was done. It saves a lot out of pocket up front, so I I can't complain.

My A/C went out and I had to replace the compressor and the wiring. The A/C company came out three days later and had everything back up and functioning. It's still working right now. I pretty much had help with everything, so it wasn't a matter of trying to find someone. The only issue I had was the A/C company, but even then they did a good job.

Anytime that I've needed help, it's been a pretty quick response and then also they quickly get the work done. In the same week, my water heater went out and my air conditioning went out and I was able to get a water heater in about 4 business days and a technician for my air conditioning came out within 24 hours and fixed it.

It's a good company. They are very responsive and knowledgeable of their products and services. Very efficient, no delay in time. Each time that I've had to use my warranty, the representative has been very knowledgeable about what we're needing and very timely in getting that claim taken care of. Our air conditioning went out on a Friday so we called. As soon as we called, we got feedback. They kept us in the loop. I knew by e-mail and phone call when somebody was coming and I was kept informed all throughout the process. We had to wait over the weekend but then the next week we got the A/C fixed.

I just used my warranty a couple of weeks ago. I called them, the contractor came out, and he's actually still working on my issue. And I mean everything was resolved. Sometimes it's difficult to get in touch with them on the phone.

They understand what's going on when I talk to them and explain things, and they come ready to make the repairs. We refer them to other people all the time. The people they send are always very kind, very nice, very well mannered, and they do a good job.

Every time I've had an issue after I called, it was resolved very quickly and I haven't had any time between having to wait and try and figure things out myself like I do with other companies. You guys have just done a great job and I really appreciate it.

When I called, they were very professional, attentive, friendly, and responsive. They're great and I highly recommend them. When our A/C unit was not working properly while it was incredibly hot here in Arizona, like 115, they were prompt and fixed the situation. They found that it was low in Freon and they filled it and just did a nice check.
