A couple big ticket items weren't covered. I had hoped if something happened that could be very costly it would be covered. That was disappointing.

Why do you indicate in the manual (6) that you cover hot water heaters, when the most likely failures are not covered? It looks like, according to the manual, you would refuse ALL hot water heater problems.

At the moment I am very disappointed because my claim was denied as if I went into my furnace and deliberately broke the motor in my furnace. The tech that came said it was normal wear and tear.
