My last claim has been turned down and I have gotten no feedback after I was told that because the racks that fell out of the dishwasher had to been in the dishwasher to be approved. I handed all of the parts (upper rack, wheels, guides, slides etc) to the tech. They just came off of the machine. Beyond disappointing... I'm mad.

My first claim ever. $250 1 hp garbage disposal was replaced with a $70 1/3 hp garbage disposal including my $75 service fee. Total waste. When I called customer service, someone poorly following a script that was difficult to understand was no help.

Choice has a blatant disregarded for the client. You deny claims and the people that come out are usually one to two weeks before they show up. If a part is neede it could be anothe week or so. When you are waiting for A/C repairs and have to wait weejs .

Choice customer service is the worst, 7-10 days to find a repair company who is willing to work with them, 7-10 days four your appointment to get the work done and then they pawn off their responsibility off on another company to handle your problem..

This is the second time a contractor hasn’t been assigned my case in what deem a timely manner. Once contractor was assigned it was difficult for him to submit pricing and receive approval. I also still haven’t received my agreed upon reimbursement from my previous claim. Overall terrible experience and bad customer service.

Bad experience with the plumbing company you got us. Took 3 weeks to get our leak fixed and I had to buy the faucet. Then our garage door broke, and we find out you do not cover garage doors. That’s poor service.

One of the worst home warranty, It said they cover everything yet it is not. If you have an old home go with another company, because if your old appliance breaks down and just happens you just join them. They will say it is a precondition and decide to deny your claim.
