We thought they were great when they kept fixing our old ac unit but when it came time to replace it they stated it was not normal wear and tear. Our unit was 20 years old and has been checked by 2 other reputable companies who have tried to fix it and it cannot be fixed. I would NOT recommend this company.

They don’t cover much, I’m forced to pay out of pocket, and so not sure how they are helping me. I have to pay for a new pool pump, and new water heater valves, because they just outright reject the claim. It’s been frustrating.

My water heater went out and it was replaced with a lower grade unit ($425 retail) and I was charged $753.70 for unit and installation, plus $65 for the service person to come out to my house. I could’ve paid lower without Choice Hole Warranty. I would’ve even gotten the same grade or upgraded my water heater.

Always worked wmgreat until recently. They sent me a thing saying find your own person and we'll reimburse you in 30 days, if you take pictures and jump through all these hoops properly...but if I don't get everything they require I am outta pocket. And they just stopped trying to find someone.

Choice Home Warranty talks big but does not back it up. On my first claim it took 41days to get it resolved and all it was the washing machine transmission. Seems like they have a job to do, and that job is to keep putting you off while they continued to badger the repairman.

They don't cover there warranty like your policy said they would. The company decided how much they give for your what ever broken in your home. They don't replace it with a knew one. They give me 338 to replace my double bake oven..They start at 1300. Hundred to 1600 Hundred. So I have put money with that for to replace my stove

Seems like a rip off or false advertising. The warranty only covered labor for our water heater replacement, leaving over $1000 out of pocket expenses for the water heater itself and other items. If we had known that in advance, I would have hired a plumber and gone with lower cost equipment. I do not plan to use this business again.

I had a mixed experience with customer service. They generally do a great job, but I faced issues with my kitchen faucet that weren't resolved as well as my refrigerator problem. Overall, they took care of me during my interactions, but there's room for improvement.

Makes commitments and don’t deliver. Yesterday ice maker problem. Tech said Samsung Never said was under warranty. Choice denied says man should cover. 2 years ago on 3 yr old dryer got 350 I believe. Replacement was $600. Was told ice makers covered now denying. Just want to get rid of choice

I would not recommend Choice Home Warranty. They have denied my last 3 claims, which means you still have to pay the Service Fee but will have to pay full price out of your own pocket for the repair. What’s the point of having a Home Warranty service that doesn’t cover anything? I will not be renewing my coverage.

CHW does not contact me (the owner) to ask if the work was completed and if it is satisfactory. You have paid for a claim that was not completed. The contractor did not determine where the leak is. You need communicate with the owner of the home. Your service is unacceptable.
