They don't take care of their customers. They have shoddy, unreliable, rude, misogynistic, Non-English speaking, obnoxious, and even worse descriptive words service providers. They don't tell you how many are coming to your home for a service call, ie. I was told 1 provider, but 3 showed up. If there was a way to leave a negative score, I would!

I have been getting the run around for a month now. Choice will gladly take your money then refuse any claim submitted. Your case manger will never answer the phone and you will have to explain the issue over and over, Choice will escalate the issue and…shocker…refuse the claim without a valid reason why.

It took 4 days before Choice was able to respond for furnace which was not working in February. They do not have service people in my area. Then parts were needed which took another 6 days before they were available.

I spoke with a female representative who supposedly was my personal agent. She wouldn't go any higher than $343 to replace my washer & the least expensive at Lowes was $498. I've had this company for 4 yrs. but there won't be a 5th!

They absolutely do the bare minimum to fix or replace anything. They definitely is not trying to fix anything or replace anything for free. So you better make sure nothing happened that could have been avoided. They only gonna fix or replace if it’s been worn out due to wear and tear!

I tried to explain to the appeal claim review that our washer was top end and that the money offered would not even allow me to replace it with even a midrange washer I was offered $547 and on sale the model we chose was priced at $698 and they would not budge . Not what we expected.

Does not provide timely, local vendors! I have had to find my own vendor almost every time, then reimbursement takes 30 days. One vendor that was dispatched showed up in a sports car. Based on appearance, they did not give me much confidence! Hard to contact and seems more concerned about trying to find a way to deny coverage.

Service is bad. They can chose to replace your unit, example, wall mounted microwave, or they can chose to pay you the current market value of your appliance-like a used car! Wow! And your left on your own trying to remove and replace the unit.

i was happy with the service guy but enraged with choice. i did not receive phone calls to set up service time so i had to reschedule twice because of conflicts. Once serviced I was denied. The denial was a shock to all and made me look at Choice as a company that didn't keep their word.

I’m very frustrated with the lack of service. They scheduled a technician to come 2 times and they were a no show and they said they would find a new technician which they did not. Asked for a manager to call but they didn’t. I am trying to get a company that I found to get all the paperwork they need to get my heat pump fixed

NOT happy,at all,with replacement toilet. I had a handicap toilet with elongated seat & they replaced with handicap round seat. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH NEW TOILET with one exception that I do like how it flushes & flushes with force. I was very pleased though with the plumbing company they sent out

Company only pays for "builder" grade equipment which is lot lower quality than our existing equipment. Some services are supposed to be covered that they did not and when I appealed and followed up several times, still haven't heard back. Stay away from this warranty company!

Choice Home Warranty send out subpar people who do not know what they are doing, nor have the right tools on their trucks. My husband had to loan the plumber the right tools to take apart our faucet, which he then lied about the issue and voided out our warranty.

Customer service is difficult to deal with, the resolution team is hard to get in touch with. I've been made promises and they haven't been kept, I filed a claim in July of 2022 regarding my ovengama it is now February 23 and it still has not been fixed or replaced.
