They always find a reason to not repair your claim or to undervalue the replacement cost due you. Contract states that replacent should have similar features. They give you a gift certificate to replace with a low end bare bones product. Their insurance is practically worthless

This company assures you that they will repair the item or replace it if unable to fix but what they don’t tell you is what kind of replacement you get You get bottom line appliance for replacement and this last time the repair tech was set for 3 appointments and never showed Stay away from these people you are wasting your time and money

Buyer beware. Documents/websie offer 30 day free look. When I called 3 hours later, because my wife was not happy with the small print in the emailed contract. It took me speaking with 3 different levels of HARD SELL individuals who made it nearly impossible to get to OKAY for refund. CLEARY DON'T UNDERSTAND FREE LOOK!

If I could give Zero stars I would. This is a complete scam to take your money and debt your claim. Do not bother with this. Even on an appeal , they won’t review. Issues from general wear and tear are not covered as “lack of maintenance “ . Complete nonsense. Save your money time and sanity.

Our water heater had a leak. The technician came and sent in that it was irreparible. You denied the claim and noted it was the holding and storage tank that were the problem. Well, it was leaking so it is not covered. How do you fix an irreparible leak? I will not recommend you to anyone.

Rejected my claim saying it’s a pre existing condition. If they reject all the claims stating it’s a pre existing condition then why we need home warranty. Devices stop working from a particular day and no one in this world can say there was a pre existing condition and it failed because of pre existing condition.

Check out my latest claim. It’s been into effect since August and none of the people that Choice sends out wants to do the work and worse than that. I’m not getting reimbursed for hardly anything it is still unresolved and I’m very dissatisfied. I’d prefer to cancel the policy and get a prorated refund.
