I bought a warranty I have made only Two claims and each time denied the people they hire comes to get the 75.00 dollars if you do 10 customers a day that's 750.00 dollars in their pocket easy money. no i will not be resigning up with them again

Choice Home Warranty has been a complete waste of the $1,700 we paid for the policy. Regardless of the issue they have found a remote and random reason to deny coverage of all claims. We will never purchase coverage from the company again and will dissuade our friends from doing business with the company as well.

Choice Home Warranty denies most claims. They constantly try to weasel out of covering everything. They are difficult to deal with and you must be prepared to fight with them over every claim. We have had this company for 5 years and it's been 5 years of headaches and misery.

It was difficult to talk with someone. When I finally got a live person on the phone they were hard to understand. I was referred to the website to file my claim. It did not work. It took too many phone calls to finally get a tech out to assess my problem.

Worst service one can expect. Optum to use your own service agent >s tricky and then Choice does not pay due to their loop-holed process. Orders are not responded to and then Choice drops the ball expecting you to handle it with the service provider.

At the same time I ask about a previous claim on my stove top which they made a new claim for. I was to wait on the serviceman to call me to set up an appointment. I haven't heard from Choice Warranty since.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. They do not stand by their products or their customers. They accept pictures of random homes as the ones of their customers and deny service based on BS. I have had 9 homes and 9 warranty companies from one side of the USA to the other. Choice is the WORST.

CHW uses paragraph 5 in limitations of liability contract clause to avoid having to pay for most repairs because of "excessive use causing increased wear and tear". A faucet fix, or an air handler repair takes hours of appeal to get CHW to pay something toward a repair. Do not use CHW.
