I’m tired of your representatives reading from a book and not listening to me. I called sears myself and ended up paying $189 to get my dryer fixed. Your company is the worst!

Complete waste of money and effort to have them do absolutely nothing to help you when a technician either decides to do half a job and then abandon it, or when they just decide to come for the $80 (or however much you pay them to show up) and then don't do the job even after CHW approves of it.

I have been without my washing machine since February 24, 2023. I've had the technician out twice as well as an Electrician . I was told that a refurbished part was being ordered on March 24. I have not received the part and I'm inconvenienced without a washing machine.

Chw did not approve the replacement of the baseboard heater element in my house after the service man diagnosed and asked chw to approve the replacement but you company was denied so I have to pay for the replacement because in South Windsor,Ct the weather is still cold we need to heat the home and we have no choices

I was told by having the multi year warranty if I moved I could transfer it to my new address, when I tried to do this they were very rude telling me no they can't do it for some made up reason on there part. That was one of the primary reasons I purchased from Choice. Extremely, extremely disappointed!!!

Worst home warranty company out there. Do not provide replacement of appliances only a Lowe’s gift card that takes 30 days to arrive and is less than half the cost of actual replacement they also won’t cover installation.

They don’t come at the time period scheduled.(8 am -noon. You wait home all day and then the repairman comes at 6:45 pm. And then they ordered the wrong part -twice. And then the repairman said we w ere not home. We were, all day.

I submitted a claim to get my ice maker fixed and as with the last 2 times I have submitted claims, it was denied. I am disappointed that I spent over 2000.00 for this warranty and mostly all that happened is I pay the service call and that’s the end of it. Not sure why I even hot this warranty.

Had one of your contractors come out on 28 February to fix an issue with my Fridge. They took my $65 and said they needed a part. I am still waiting (now 16 March) for them to return and fix the issue. You really have to get better contractors! Sad performance all the way around.
