I am going to be ending my association with choice since everytime I have a service call I pay and my claim is denied . This is just me wasting my money . I just wait until I have a failure and call a repair man and pay that's what I'm doing any way and the monthly payment I'm giving you is money I'm just giving away for free

Fast service, but doesn’t adequately pay for equipment replacement. Not worth the investment. They gave me $175 for my dishwasher to be replaced. Plus I had to pay the $65 service call. Rip off

Gives you a price for THEIR discounted prices knowing the consumer can't get these savings for replacement items. And customer service reps and managers very hostile when trying the get correct information and how and why certain things work the way they do. Will not renew and will most definitely warn others away!

My first need to use my warranty and so far, I'm not impressed. My hot water heater went out. It took a week for them to get a plumber to my house and now he has to order parts. It's going to be another 2 - 4 days to get the parts in. Hopefully it doesn't drag on longer than that. It isn't acceptable to take that long to fix a critical issue.

I would give zero stars if it would let me. Horrible customer service. Zero logic in their decisions. Every single person I talked to during the process lied to me about the process and when I’d have a response. The case manager was horrible at communicating.

Very difficult to work with. Not cooperative. Extremely reluctant to pay if you have to use your choice of technicians. Have a very small group of repair facilities that will work with them. Choice Home Warranty not a good choice.

Countless calls from blocked numbers to renew policy (they leave voicemail confirming they’re from choice). After policy was finally settled, no copy of updated policy was ever received after contacting choice. Quick to take money, slow to confirm customer satisfaction.

It takes to long for the Choice reps to act and then when they do they usually call folks that either do not know what they are doing or do not care much for the little that they get paid. The one exception is my last claim for an AC unit. The AC rep that came out was very good and informative.

My policy says it will replace a bad appliance. They did not replace my oven . I was offered $339. It will cost me at least $500 plus tax and installation for a basic gas oven. Very disappointed.

I used to be a big fan of the warranty until my last claim. The technician was great but when he called to the company it felt like CHW was looking for a reason not to make the repair. Which leaves me to wonder why do I pay all of my hard earned money to a company that looks for reasons not to back up what they promise. Very disappointed

CHW Does not want to pay for most work, then they don't have anyone thats wants to contract with them, and if you make a claim it takes days or weeks and no one calls or shows up untel you pay out of pocket and CHW says we will reemburst but the they don't they say WE DON'T COVER THAT PART.

So far using this company has been nothing but heartache. They will find every method possible to not allow your claim to be accepted. I have had them for a year and a half and not one my claims was accepted and each time I have to pay for the repairing out of pocket. Stay away.

Been waiting 4 months for my stove ti be repaired. I get the same answer everytime I call. (The tech should be contacing me) not a single employee for choice Warranty would wait 4 months for a stove. Especially after paying twice for the fee for 2 different techs to come out and our monthly fee for this company.

I think they are deceptive in that they say they will replace your items but then they don’t. They only offer a minimum cash amount to help you replace it. You will still come out of pocket to replace the things you had.

We wait forever for them to send a service. When they can't fix it we have to sit and wait even longer. It took them 4 weeks to get someone to come look at our refrigerator that was leaking water all over the floor. It ruined our kitchen floor. They dont cover damage. Horrible company, would NEVER recommend.
