I've had 2 claims the 1st was for a dryer it cost probably between $700 and $900 and they gave me $335. That was not even enough to buy a bottom end dryer. Pretty said. It was in the small print. The other claim for my hvac and it is being denied. I have appealed it. It is a bunch of false statements in their ads.

Very poor case managers, do not keep phone appointments, still have not received cash in lieu of repair or replacement. Which does not even cover a fraction of the cost to replace a washer. Nothing like home warranties used to be.

Your company is a rip off organization!!! My washer agitator broke and you would not cover it. The rapirman you set out was great BUT all other repairmen you have sent out are third rate at best. None of the repairmen in the area will handle your claims because they know what a third rate company you are.

No one listens. I called for a backed up plumbing issue. 1st one said not equipped to clear drain. 2nd one found water leak/defective garbage disposal; called in water damage remediation. They fixed asbestos issue. 3rd plumber said not equipped to clean drain. I need a plumber who can clean my drain. That's what I paid my contract fee for.

Customer service from the warranty side is terrible. The technicians were great but the home office is not helpful or customer facing at all. Watch out for the fine print. They indicate that if they can't repair it they will replace it, but that is not what their fine print says, or how they operate. Will not use Choice again.

This is my second warranty company. My first company was fabulous. Choice pays for almost nothing They never sent me a policy even after I requested one. I took a plan out and told my friends and we all did for 5 years. Don’t waste your money

I am not sure why a leaking dishwasher would require going through the appeal process. The tech who was here said normal wear and tear, then the claim was denied, so I called him and he said he told them normal wear and tear. It’s like you just want to wear people down so you don’t have to pay.

When I disputed a claim it was horrendous. They come at me loud and fast not giving me time to think. Argumentative Rude and Condescending. After that experience I decided my fate was in the wrong hands then I canceled my policy and they were ready. They had the exact amount to refund and hung up on me.

I needed to get my furnance replaced. It took over a month to get another furnance. It was too long of a wait. I would cancel them now, but I better not. I might need an AC unit this year. If I switched companies and my AC unit went out, I am sure the new company would turn down my claim.

I find CHOICE ari be inconsistent, arbitrary dishonest and dishonorable in their practices. The decline to repair or replace anything reasonable despite doing the same for other clients. I can't wait for my contract to end. THE WORST.

Furnace went out 12-31-21, you sent agent to diagnose problem, he is still waiting for for repair parts, meanwhile I have intermittent heat that requires me to get up in the middle of the night to reset the furnace so it may come on again. 10 days later still waiting on parts.

They have claimed that my repair was turned down because of a fire. No fire was involved but just an overheated element in the dryer that caused the damage. The tech said it was a mechanical problem that caused the overheating. There was NO FiRE INVOLVED. CHOICE PLEASE CALL ME, THANKS.

I was with them for three years and then I finally needed to file a claim due to an issue with my furnace. They denied it immediately (even though 3 different HVAC companies looked at it and said “normal wear and tear for a 16 year old furnace”).

made a claim over a year ago, the tech said he had to get a part, never saw him again. made a claim 2 days ago, paid the $85, the plumber said there was a hard object stuck IN toilet before it reached drain, needed new toilet, DENIED on grounds that don't even apply to the situation!
