They are a hard company to do business with. The first claim I filed in 2 years of being a customer was denied. I filed an appeal and the representatives that were supposed to review missed the appointment for the review. I ended up having to allow the waiting period for a new claim to expire to file a new claim. It took me over 3 months to get a covered repair completed between Choice and the service provider.
