We had to wait (3) days for service, my wife has Afib, trouble breathing, on oxygen! I reported this when I turned in my request pleading for priority consideration. It fail on deaf ears! Count us as very dissatisfied and disappointed with Choice!

I felt like I was being pressured by the sales guy on the phone. When I said I didn’t want to get a three-year plan or a six year plan he got kind of abrupt and Rude, I didn’t get to finish what I was gonna say and he hung up on me. So rude. Geez.

On our first and only claim, they made a mistake on their part, where my claim was denied. Now I’m waiting on an appeal, almost two weeks to get an appointment to make an appeal. It’s the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard, considering my water heater is leaking everyday that goes by. (I paid for warranty year in advance.)

I like the promptness of service but I don’t like the fact that they don’t do what their advertising says. I had an issue with my water heater busting they didn’t cover it and then my air conditioner which I keep covered in the off season went out after it was serviced and that claim was denied. What a rip-off. A very disappointed customer.

Lately our claims have not been covered, such as Dishwasher, oven vent, etc. when you say replace in your contracts, you do not replace 100%, only a fraction is replaced.

Very aggressive, harassing, bullying salesperson. Very bad customer service. I tried to cancel my policy today but to no avail- although we purchased today and we’ve 30 days grace period to cancel. We filed a complaint with the BBB, and plan to file two more with CFPB and VA AG-if we don’t get our refund.

They will not return phone calls. I have tried several times. Extensions given will not work and you deal with different people. Very frustrating. Service company said they have paid for the same service with the same plan. They don’t understand why they wouldn’t approve this.

I have bought this warranty for 4 properties and the first time I tried to file a claim I am told it will not cover my plumbing bc it is outside of the home. The leak is inside of the home at the foundation wall, but the pipe must be accessed from both sides of the wall, so they are dining the claim...... Not very good coverage .......

In a perfect world full warranty coverage is a full warranty coverage. The fridge was serviced prior to this call for the same reason under two different home warranty coverage I’ve had. Your adjuster knows well that the manufacturer does not cover the repair and that’s the reason we have a home warranty plan. Thinking twice to renew.

This is not a good company or a good warranty product. Most claims are denied and they can’t get any techs to work for them because they are so difficult to work with. Customer service has ranged from unhelpful to rude. Would not recommend.

Horrible! Denied my claim for a different reason than what the technician provided them. Confirmed with the HVAC company and was informed that they did not communicate with the warranty company the reason that was listed in denial letter. It was also different from what was written on my invoice from the technician.
