My experience has been terrible. Sales rep lie to make a sale. Choice denies anything hoping you will just let it go. You have to argue to get them to do anything. I am cancelling my contract.

If you are on the West Coast, you have to schedule your appointments in the morning, so the contractor can call the East Coast to get approval. Ridiculous. This limits when working people can schedule appointments.
