Have filed two legitimate claims, poor service slow to respond, denied both claims. Tried to cancel contract for a refund, they simply ignore. I am filing with Small claims court to correct. This company is a "sham"

I have a broken system -- a garbage disposal ---& they won't do anything about it !!!! It clearly states that "garbage disposals" are covered on the contract !!!! so , "WHY" , am I without the use of this unit ????? Glenn

I purchased a 3-year coverage from CHW. I have called them for plumbing, electrical, A/C and most recently because my water heater broke. Not once were the repairs covered. Don't waste your money buying their products.

If you read there coverage for example a refrigerate parts you see at least 95 percent of the parts are not covered same way for your A/C;, Stove; Washer; and Dryer. Not happy at all big rip off company.

Had a perfectly working AC. Issue with compressor and they would not cover stated as pre existing condition when not the case. Bottom line, if cheap repair they will pay. If not the you are SOL. Don’t buy!!!

THEY SUCK! Called them 3 times EVERYTIME a reason why it wasn't covered. For instance, the water heater - they don't cover a new water heater because they don't cover the 'tank' part - LOTS OF FINE PRINT!
