Some of the plumbers they send are not knowledgeable for the problem. Recently, the one they sent told me what I knew. The faucet was broken. Order a new faucet. To repair it would take too long. Where is my $60?

I have waited 3 weeks for news of parts off my refrigerator that were ordered on Dec 17th. I do not have the parts more have I heard back from Sears home repairs or Choice warranty about the status of the repair. I have been without a refrigerator for all this time. This is unconscionable!!!

I have been battling for many months to get Choice to find someone to fix my septic system. I had to pay extra for that protection, and to date there have been no repairs, nor offer of compensation. I could not be more dissatisfied with this part of my benefit.

5 stars for the technicians but 1 star for choices bc they will deny you and says it's an add on when I built the home and it's a requirement for the builder and city. Expansion tank panel board for your heating/AC and other worker. I'm over them will be looking for another warrant.

They found a way to not pay for the repairs. They said the heat exchanger was bad. It has a prorated 99 year warranty. To replace it it would cost more than a new furnace since it is prorated. It took 5 days to get a technician to come out. I had to pay another company verify since the one Choice said it was his best guess on what was wrong.

The company takes $ from your account monthly, but when you have a claim, it is hard to get in touch with them. They are supposed to send people to your home to repair the items. I ended up having to call call the repair man and pay for it out of my own pocket. It's been more than 30 days now and I'm still waiting for my reimbursement from them.

This would be a much better service if it didn't try to cheat it's customers. High monthly premiums high call pays and constant denials of claims or the cheapest fix. It's no wonder it takes over a month to get things fixed.

They find someone to fix your apliance and see you don't get taken advantage of. When a apliance needs replacing, they do not replace it. They only give a fraction of the price for a new one in form of a check. Then you will have to go purchase it and install it yourself.

-100%. The absolute worst and most dishonest company I have ever dealt with! Why would you give someone an effective date and then tell them when they file a claim on that date that it's not effective. Send a technician out the technician charges you but says your claim is invalid. I wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy!

I have been a member for 4 years and when my washing machine broke down i had to pay a 85.00 service fee for someone to tell me they would not fix it because it would cost too much. I was offered a 343.00gift card to replace a 1200.00 washing machine. Buyer beware this is a company of Grifters ripping off people.

We thought they were great when they kept fixing our old ac unit but when it came time to replace it they stated it was not normal wear and tear. Our unit was 20 years old and has been checked by 2 other reputable companies who have tried to fix it and it cannot be fixed. I would NOT recommend this company.

Your staff are not the problem. Cal-Fix Refrigeration & Appliances was supposed to send a tech to my house to fix washer today 12/19/2022 between 7and 11 am. NO SHOW. NO PHONE CALL from either the tech or Cal-Fix Refrigeration & Appliances. I called the number provided for the tech and left a message. 1:44 pm 12/19/2022 no response at all.

They don’t cover much, I’m forced to pay out of pocket, and so not sure how they are helping me. I have to pay for a new pool pump, and new water heater valves, because they just outright reject the claim. It’s been frustrating.

My water heater went out and it was replaced with a lower grade unit ($425 retail) and I was charged $753.70 for unit and installation, plus $65 for the service person to come out to my house. I could’ve paid lower without Choice Hole Warranty. I would’ve even gotten the same grade or upgraded my water heater.
