I’ve used the warranty twice. Once for the air conditioning and the other time when the water pipe flooded my basement. The first incident was very bad because the person cancelled like thirty minutes before he was supposed to be here so I was without air conditioning for like 2 days. They had to resubmit the claim. It was another 2 days before someone was here. The second time, it was very quick. They got someone out within 4 days.

American home shield didn’t help me when I needed them. I had them for five or six years. I went three years without a home warranty but I then decided to get Choice. I have only used them twice but both people were wonderful. Their office kept me posted on everything. It took two and half weeks to get the part for the dryer. I realize with covid everything is moving slower. They did what I needed them to do. It was very pleasant.

Based on my comparison shopped, they offer a better value. I’ve used it once when the air conditioner went out unexpectedly and the other time about a week later for the garage door sensor. The company showed up and performed their service and all went well. I fill everything out online. I had a appointment scheduled in 15 minutes. This is my first time purchasing this kind of product and so far I have pleased.

As far as money they have one of the lowest prices. The quality is great. I needed it for my dishwasher and washing machine. The part for the dishwasher wasn’t available so we had it replaced. That was pretty good. The tech did a great job looking at it and telling me what needed to be done. It is one of the best home warranties. I love it and I tell everyone about it.
