They never cover anything when you used them they find way no cover your parts are any leaking items . I could get the replace the air conditioning inside so I replace it . I had sewer pipe leak and they said they could fix it they are a total rip off .

Claim approval was denied for claim filed as a result of shoddy repair performed by CHW dispatched technician. Substantial water damage to our home was caused by the failure of technician to properly clean up debris after completion of air handler blower motor replacement.

This company is HORRIABLE. Do not use them. They list major items that they will cover. Then when you have a unit goes down. They tell you that item is not covered and you (the Home Owner)will be responsible for X amount and Choice will cover the Labor A joke. Will never give them a good score on anything

AC WENT OUT DUE TO A BRAKE IN GAS LINE. AC WAS WORKING FIR FOUR MONTHS POST PURCHASE OF HOUSE. Choice would not repair because it is not a part of the AC system. Absurd way to not cover an extremely important component of the home.

Poor service, unable to understand service representatives based outside CONUS. That is a real detracting from the quality of service. And not making full reimbursements for the actual cost of repairs or replacements puts a sour note on the quality of service and company.
