They do not respond in a timely manner and the replacement value is a farce. I will NOT be signing up with this company again. I have 2 claims in process now and I cannot get help with either one. Vey disappointed.

LAST TWO CLAIMS WERE DENIED DUE TO ITEMES REQUESTED TO BE REPAIRED WERE IN THE NOT COVERED SECTION OF THE POLICY. MICROWAVE CONTROL BOARD AND TOLIET FRANGE. SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE. THE PROGRM SUCKS.
