They send out technician on noon covered repairs wasting technician time and money and costing me the service fee. They cause technicians to go miles out of their way without regard to efficient planning. They refuse to cover something beginning to fail causing a second trip and service fee.

Choice warranty should list the items they don’t cover, for instance I had a wall hydrant that had a broken stem screw that holds the rubber gasket inplace and seals the water off when you close the valve, for some reason they call this neglect and didn’t cover, the plumber didn’t understand it either,

TERRIBLE customer service with complete LACK of empathy or any help or sense of urgency. Difficult to work with a HOME warranty company when there is a no understanding or sense of urgency when something like 8 days without a hot water heater due to administrative errors.
