Send the sketchiest contractors, worst case managers, and customer service can't help with anything. I had a broken sink for 15 days and couldn't get help from anyone. Had to get my own plumber.

Why do you indicate in the manual (6) that you cover hot water heaters, when the most likely failures are not covered? It looks like, according to the manual, you would refuse ALL hot water heater problems.

At the moment I am very disappointed because my claim was denied as if I went into my furnace and deliberately broke the motor in my furnace. The tech that came said it was normal wear and tear.

It’s now been seven days without a water heater! I have had two repairmen out and both say it needs replaced. CHW is still looking for another opinion meanwhile I’m taking cold showers!
