It took Choice over a month to get my claim resolved. First contractor vanished after taking the call fee…second contractor too did not show up after the first visit…finally the 3rd contractor came and did the job. I had to contact customer service too many times to get their attention to my claim. Frustrating experience!

Had a bennett and sons come out they said i needed a blower motor and wheel drive, after U turned my request down, I call another company to come out, they checked my system and they found that the motor was fine it was out of freon which the repair person from bennett and sons said it was full , think they were not being honest with me

I’ve put in two separate claims and not only were both denied, but the venders that were assigned to the claim were horrible. I’m paying monthly on three different policies only to get denied every time with a claim. And I’m still having to pay for my repairs out of pocket. CHW, you guys are terrible.

I’m disappointed with the warranty service. I was promised a replacement for my broken oven, but instead, I received a gift card that barely covers half the cost of a new one. Some claims I thought would be covered weren’t, and the process took longer than expected. Overall, the help I received was inadequate.

Contractor was amazing. Communication from company not so much. Did not come out till after 8 pm. Company removed me from his docket and did not tell him. Then company tried to reschedule for two weeks when I already took off work today. After calling they did make it right.

Every time a tech comes to fix an issue, they charge $85 for the visit no matter if they fix it or leave the job inconclusive. Techs do not keep their appointments, not responsible and when you call to confirm, you will get attitude. My problem has taken 3 phone calls and 2 written claims and still is not resolved.

You cannot get anybody local to work on my hot water heater. I have filled out two request in the last two plus months and I’m still taking cold showers. I’ve been waiting 2 days to hear back from second contractor you found for me. First contractor lives in Arkansas. Second lives in Louisiana. I live in Texas. Really!

You are cheats and Choice lies , you can't find anybody to fix things so you tell me to find a company to fix and you will pay then , you did not pay I had to so you offered me 360.00 less the 60.00 cheaters . 8 months and you still have not paid me ,plus another time I called for repairs you refused.

After purchase of new home I wanted locks changed and they said they could not find anyone to do it. Offered me to do it on my own and get reimbursed. Got estimate for $95 and I asked if I had to pay the service fee. No one ever replied so I paid the whole thing.

You pay for one of the best plans. Something goes wrong that’s covered. And they said “oh we only cover A&B, but not C” ridiculous. On top of they, they won’t cover A&B because the claim also mentioned C. So ridiculous and I’m so grateful we aren’t using them anymore.

My hot water heater went out and it needed to be replaced. Choice had me between a rock and a hard place if I didn’t pay an extra $650 I could not get a new water heater. If the service cost more than the $65 then you have to pay more. I recommend not to use this company.

Terrible customer service. The absolute worst. Left me without A/C for three weeks in mid July. Never did anything to fix my unit. I finally had to have a new unit installed myself when Choice should have done that immediately. As soon as my contract ends, I am out. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Choice home really made me pay for the evaporator coil, so it cost me over 4,000.00 to replace my a/c, then there was another part that needed to be replaced and they would not move forward with it even after photos were supplied. They let me as a senior go without A/C for 2 weeks in 100 degrees temp
