Really good at denying claims, that’s about it. You pay $85 to have a service tech come and for Choice to tell you you’re on your own. Want to speak to someone? Yea, they’ll get back to you in 2 weeks. Total fraud!

2 separate claims. Both denied. Policy covers nothing. Current claim was on a dryer repair they claim was not normal wear and tear. Prior was hot water heater but they don't cover the tank. Carefully read the policy.
