CHW hired someone to fix our AC and they ended up making it worse. CHW acknowledges that they broke it worse but won’t fix it now. Don’t use them!!! We’re out $7000 now for something we didn’t do!!

Hor4ible company. Read your policy in detail. Normal wear and tear not covered. Replacement is about 1/3 of what it actually costs to replace. I will never do business with this CHW again. Horrible.

Choice warranty does not under its contract. Choice Home Warranty refused to replace a washing machine because they claimed the machine broke down because of pre-existing conditions. Absolutely ridiculous.
