Choice is a horrible warranty company i thought American home shield was bad but choice is the worst. They have very strict rules on what they cover along with certain things you have to pay for out of pocket. I know now choice was the wrong choice for warranty for my residence.

Plan doesn't cover much. Choice has very limited coverage and lots of exclusions and even when you read the written warranty and think you have coverage they argue, deny your claim and offer to send a check for a fraction of the repair cost. I have Choice HW coverage on 2 properties and would never use them again!!

Buyer beware! Very disappointed in the claims process, we even filed an appeal which did no good. Even with 2 independent contractors disputing Choice’s technicians findings they would not approve the A/C replacement that was needed. Total waste of our money.

Call about my a/c it broke down choice said it was not cover was never call to explain why not , water heater down still waiting to see if it going to be fixed we are real estate agents have told buyers about choice , but after will discourage our buyer from choice and will tell other agents about our experience with choice .

Not a good experience. They take your first phone call, but then do not give The technicians the authority to make repairs in a timely manner. That is not acceptable on an a/c claim in state of Florida where it is 90 plus degree and a heart patient is at severe risk of heat stroke!

There was water leak in the pipe. The first contractor backed out. The 2nd contractor told me CHW don't cover it. The repair costed me $675 out of my own pocket. I am yet to find out why it is not covered.

Please don’t buy home warranty from them. They just wants your money and don’t provide any service. When I bought my warranty I was told that every appliances is covered inside my house including electrical and plumbing. But when it’s time to make a claim they won’t cover any thing.

The service was done 3 weeks after it was placed and the service person was reluctant to do service as he was saying choice will pay less if he replace any thing and just did some thing that helps the AC to work, and he pretty much told us that it is going to break as choice is not going to cover all the costs he is not going to do full repair.

This experience has been nothing but trouble so far. I've had technicians out to my house 3 times to fix the same problem with a refrigerator. It's been broken for 2 months now which has been a HUGE inconvenience. Choice should be replacing this appliance instead of continuing to insist on repairs that aren't working.

I try to use 2 times. both time they only collect service charge not repair it. One was low freeon in ac. They said they won't do it.2nd one one broken spring on the garage door. thye said they won'r repair it. I am a realtor and used to refer Choice home warrant. Never refer any one. Cheap company.

You read the small print very carefully and get sales person to put in writing for what they are selling policy. When making a claim they are very good at rejecting your claim based on their interpretation and you have no recourse. I don't recomend their service. to anyone.

Worst experience ever. Choice could not find a service company to do the repair. Ask me to find a service company I did and choice denied the claim after me pleading Choice decided to pay for a partial claim. I had to pay the service company the full amount and then I have to wait for 30 days for my payment. NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE

A/C unit went out and could not get a scheduled repair for 3 days. Finally got a name but the tech never showed. No follow up at all from CHW. Now they are trying to get me to renew and explaining that one case as out of the norm. Writing this review while on hold for 30 min just to ask why I should renew with a company that is this sleazy.

The phone system has not worked since have had the c9ntract for 2.5 years. It still did not work this time. It worked fine when you get my money (sales). 1st contractor referred was vey unprofessional. 2nd contractor was ok. At this point I would not recommend Choice. You have some improving to do.

They are all scam artist. My complaint is the same as everyone else regarding ac repair . They always find a way out. They denied my AC claim even though the technician said the coils had normal rust and should pay . Still they denied. I am going to file a lawsuit against them and contact my state attorney general office tomorrow, July 9, 2018
