Not happy with Choice. Have two homes. Claim denied in winter that was corrected by a different contractor. Claim again denied in summer that was corrected by a different contractor. What is going on with Choice? Both times first contractor wanted to sell us a new system.

They are very deceptive and dishonest. Contractors stop working with them due to taking up to a year to pay. Agree to pricing and then will not pay unless you accept less. Homeowners beware that you will be responsible for the balance.

I've been waiting since 11:00 for a service man to evaluate my claim. It is now 5:20 and no one has shown up. I am MORE than a little disappointed in this level of service. He does not respond to my phone calls and the office in New Jersey is CLOSED as of 5:00. They just disconnect you!

They almost never fix anything. I end up having to pay most contractors they send to fix the problem with money out of my own pocket since it’s not “covered,” plus the service fee, so I end up paying more. Now they want me to pay $2000 to replace my air conditioner. What are they covering if I’m spending $2000 out of my pocket?

They will not cover anything that has age to it. They must specialize in crappy new equipment, because when I did need them (2x), we were DENIED SERVICE. At that point I just paid for my own repairs & bypassed their service. It was cheaper than spending the service call & repairs after denial. THIS IS A SCAM DON’T BUY IT!

It took 4 days for someone to come out and look at my refrigerator only to be told that it would be another day to get the part (thermostat) to repair it. It took 2 minutes to fix. Lost $400+ in food, 1 1/2 days of work no replacement given. I was charged $2 extra for paying with a credit card. Totally unacceptable....

I purchased choice Warrenty and I have to say the couple of times I did have a claim, the company found a way to dent the claims. This to me is a terrible choice to pick this company. I will never recommend choice Warrenty to anyone. I even purchased the biggest coverage they had and they denied claims. Waste of money

Our hot water heater went out on June 12 of this year. It is now September 12 and we still have not gotten our water heater repaired or replaced. We have gotten the runaround for three months. They still refuse to fix our system, and all we get from them are apologies and postponements.

The case manager was very rude. The monetary amount given to replace my dryer was about half of what it costs to get something of similar capacity and size. Also, it takes 30 days to get the check. So unless you have the money to replace your appliance upfront, you will have to wait 30 days.

Total crap. Every claim has been a problem. Hot water heater needed replacing. Only element covered. How do you buy a hot water heater without a tank(not covered). Basically they don’t replace anything only the least amount they can get away with. Waste of money!!

There are so many loop holes for Choice to regect a claim that I find it not worth the gamble doing business with you. I requested a refund 30 minutes after signing on. Had a Plumber tech come out early today. That was 8 hrs ago. CHW says they should get the report with in two hours after the tech was here. So far i have heard nothing. I guess I will end up canceling them over this!

5 year old appliances. Simple clog in the DW. Claim submitted 37 days after signed contract- DENIED. Pre-existing condition? I dont determine when food decides to clog a line. Cant imagine a serious problem. They have over 800 complaints in NJ alone, so many that they are assigned a compliance monitor. RUN AWAY

I am very disapointed with chw . they say that they cover hot water heaters but that is a lie. they explained to me that they cover some of the parts but not the tank it self so if you need a whole tank replacement they cover nothing. this is very miss leading.
