I had a mixed experience with my warranty service. Initially, I was frustrated when my dryer broke, and I wasn't informed about the option for a check to buy a new one. However, when I used the warranty for my refrigerator, the repair process went well once they found a technician. The biggest issue was the long wait time to find qualified personnel and the lack of timely updates from customer service.

Customer service with choice was poor, the actual company that did the repair was excellent. Choice try's every way possible to not pay for repairs.
