These people are a complete rip off. They interpret their contract with you in a way that it impossible to understand, but is ALWAYS in their favor. They refused to cover two things in my houe that was plainly (my interpretation) stated that it was coverd. D not do business with them.

My experience with CHW has been a nightmare. I am still trying to resolve issues that previous contractors from CHW with no luck and the problems keep persisting. I have paid in full for 5 years and I am very disappointed and discouraged with the service I am receiving...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

It was a great insurance company before, but not any more, always they try to find a reason to avoid covering to any repair, they covers the minimum, and always they have tricks in their policy to deny any expansive repair.

Upon review of your specific claim, the failure that occurred to your unit, is not “Included” in accordance with the terms and conditions of our policy. Although this type of failure wasn’t covered under our policy terms, this is only 1 out of the 15 systems and appliances in which we provide coverage.
Therefore, if another unit/system/appliance breaks down due to normal wear and tear, please contact us at 1.888.531.5403 and we will be here to place a claim for you.

My first claim and it's denied. My 24 year old HVAC unit breaks and is determined it's a valve that broke when in fact it's actually old age that led to it. I do not have much faith in keeping with CHW after my first claim. I'm unsure if I will keep it long enough to make a second claim.

I bought the most expensive warranty that you offer and you've denied a my claim. I can't use the plumbing in my basement. You tell me the part I need isn't covered. It is all in the fine print. It seems very deceptive. You don't even offer to cover the labor. No offer of any help or compromise. As soon as you hear the price you deny it.

My first need to use my warranty and so far, I'm not impressed. My hot water heater went out. It took a week for them to get a plumber to my house and now he has to order parts. It's going to be another 2 - 4 days to get the parts in. Hopefully it doesn't drag on longer than that. It isn't acceptable to take that long to fix a critical issue.

Countless calls from blocked numbers to renew policy (they leave voicemail confirming they’re from choice). After policy was finally settled, no copy of updated policy was ever received after contacting choice. Quick to take money, slow to confirm customer satisfaction.
