22 days to get a plumber to tell me I can fix it my leaking kitchen faucet finally I have my son that lives in the same town that the tech lives 45 minutes. Never should have gone 22 days and still not fixed on your end. I pay you to get it fixed not to bring my son to fix it and I don’t get reimbursed

It seems like they cover the little items that break but once the costs go up, they don’t cover it. I had a sewer ejector pump go out (about 700-1000 to replace ) so guess what, NOT COVERED! Why?? I am on the fence about cancelling coverage.

They always try to find ways to deny your claim at first. You have to appeal and fight with them every time. I think it's a waste of $ buying homw warranty with them when you still have to spend $ out of pocket and the hassle with appeal process

They never seem to cover big ticket items!!! Always a clause in their contract! They send out technicians who are not qualified to do the work and break things intentionally. I’m very disappointed in the way they handle things with their customers.

There are too many levels you have to go through before anything gets done. I'm in Phoenix, AZ. It's 115 degrees. I started trying to get my AC fixed 5 days ago. It was finished 30 minutes ago. I'm 70 yrs old. I could have died.

I was very disappointed that the Choice Home Warranty did not cover the hot water heater. That is part of the home. Just because it has some rust on the bottom should not disqualify it for no assistance.

Decided to pay monthly for a home warranty because life happens and things breakdown. Go figure my AC craps out right during a heat wave and Choice warranty has strict policies in place that did not cover my AC. So what am I paying for? Not happy not satisfied, taking my business elsewhere.

I'm not a fan of Choice Warranty bc it takes to long for their providers to come out. Recently it took 2 weeks for someone to come out for our AC. When our microwave broke it took about 3 weeks for it to be repaired.

The company did meet our needs. We had an urgent AC need in the south with 90 degree heat. They did not meet our needs and we had to hire our own technician. I explained that this was not acceptable and I got the response we will not cover reimbursement and no attempt to find a different company.

Garage door opener won't work. I see that the spring has broke. Guess what? Not covered according to CHW because they claim it is part of the door and door-track assembly -- useless. I believe in Home Warranties -- just not this company. I will be looking for another.

Failed to provide service - hangs up when trying to cancel policy. Three attempts for service. Called the three contracted companies - they did not have appointments and they were not willing to work with Choice Home Warranty. Called Choice to cancel our policy and they just hang up on us.

Responded good, but denied service to fix a common house outlet located on our deck on our house wall. Had to pay $65 and then denied. It was the first time to use the warranty. Thinking about canceling the warranty and getting a refund of the five years we paid for.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Last year they sent incompetent ac repair out and now after Freon leak they won’t repair. They will do everything they can not to pay the claim. Even if they do they will wait as long as possible before they do pay it. I am canceling my contract. Run away. They are the worst!
