I had a great experience with the warranty service. They were responsive and quickly addressed my broken water heater, sending a plumber who diagnosed the issue and arranged for a new unit to be installed. Additionally, when my dryer timer malfunctioned, they sent someone out promptly, and the repair was completed in just a few days. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service!
