I was very disappointed with the handymen they sent in to do the work. On one occasion he broke the pipe and flooded my whole basement. Another time he broke the faucet instead of fixing it. They wouldn’t cover my claim. Customer service was terrible. They hung up on me several times instead of dealing with the problems

I had to fight with CHW in order to get my furnace fixed. They made up excuses over and over again. It took over TWO WEEKS before I finally got it fixed, and this was during February in Nebraska!!!!

I was totally misled by Choice for this claim. After explaining the numerous issues(4 claims last year) with a 14 year old Lennox AC system, and the need to replace it, they failed to honor the replacement after the Choice claims representative stated they would on the phone.

2/14/22 Terrible to say the least. All you want to do is collect' the money every month and not pay for things that go wrong or breakdown in individual items. HORRIBLE!! I, at one point, had three separate contracts with CHW. I now have two, and intend to cancel both of them! During each one of the contracts, CHW denied coverage for baseless reasons. Their approach is to deny coverage more often than not. BUNCH OF CROOKS!!

this company is a total ripoff. Tech could not repair my microwave oven and requested a replacement. Choice sent me a gift card for$191.00. After researching this product, the cheapest model started at $348, plus installation. Choice refuse to increase the amount that they sent to me. Buyer beware. Total ripoff

Your systems sucks. My furnace went out one day after my police was due. And choice said it was not a good working system, well at 5 degrees in St Louis. What the heck, the system is working well up to this point. And they say that it's not a good system. If could give a -negative grade I would. Don't get this system!

I've had 2 claims the 1st was for a dryer it cost probably between $700 and $900 and they gave me $335. That was not even enough to buy a bottom end dryer. Pretty said. It was in the small print. The other claim for my hvac and it is being denied. I have appealed it. It is a bunch of false statements in their ads.

Your company is a rip off organization!!! My washer agitator broke and you would not cover it. The rapirman you set out was great BUT all other repairmen you have sent out are third rate at best. None of the repairmen in the area will handle your claims because they know what a third rate company you are.

No one listens. I called for a backed up plumbing issue. 1st one said not equipped to clear drain. 2nd one found water leak/defective garbage disposal; called in water damage remediation. They fixed asbestos issue. 3rd plumber said not equipped to clean drain. I need a plumber who can clean my drain. That's what I paid my contract fee for.

Customer service from the warranty side is terrible. The technicians were great but the home office is not helpful or customer facing at all. Watch out for the fine print. They indicate that if they can't repair it they will replace it, but that is not what their fine print says, or how they operate. Will not use Choice again.
