Took them 7 days to send a repairman to fix my refrigerator freezer which means I had to buy another refrigerator freezer to transfer all my food into otherwise I would have lost about a $1000 worth of food.

I was told that a manager would call me back yesterday, I have never received a call back. I was mislead about the service coverage offered by Choice warranty.

The worst! No discussion with any case mgr.. I was shocked when your email said you were only paying $500 for the pump repairs. I tried several times to reach a case mgr. never got a call. I’m never again paying for this useless warranty. I’m telling everyone I know not to get it

This is the worst company I have ever had a contract with. Whenever I submit a claim, they just send a review declining the claim stating that they don't cover this. I had with another and I am feeling that the earlier was far better than this stupid company. Do not buy any coverage. It is all gone.

This company is all about getting out of paying anything for a claim. They don’t remove and replace the broken items. They offer you the least amount of money for your item, not enough to buy a replacement. In order to get anything done you have to call multiple times and fight with your case managers. I will not be renewing my contract.

Terrible experience! Fridge broke, took way too long to get a service appt, then when it was deemed replaceable, we got less than half the amount to replace the exact fridge on a Lowes gift card only! This is after we were told by 2 different reps that the company replaces in full. Needless to say, we cancelled our renewal.

Called 4x regarding an existing claim and got disconnected. Water heater tech recommended replacing entire water heater but warranty denied and would only cover a part that took three days to receive then still didn’t work so now waiting a 4th day with no hot water to get another part hopefully tomorrow to see if that will fix the problem

Worst company.They make appointments.But don't notify the technician.So I had people wait at my house without AC for 4 hrs on Saturday and 4hrs on monday.95 degree heat.no show by technician Ron because he didn't make the appointments.Ron called me Monday evening and told me Tuesday 10 am 2. Came on time . repaired AC

I've been the company a while. I got the extended warning warranty because they had septic tank coverage. The definitely feels like bait and switch. I used it and it doesn't cover Septic tank pumping Will not Honor the coverage. Have to get a lawyer to settle my dispute

Sometimes Takes too long to find mechanic. I had a problem with my water heater and it was 72 hours before you would allow me to get my own mechanic and you agreed to reimburse him. Well, he arrived lit the pilot and left.

On our first and only claim, they made a mistake on their part, where my claim was denied. Now I’m waiting on an appeal, almost two weeks to get an appointment to make an appeal. It’s the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard, considering my water heater is leaking everyday that goes by. (I paid for warranty year in advance.)

I like the promptness of service but I don’t like the fact that they don’t do what their advertising says. I had an issue with my water heater busting they didn’t cover it and then my air conditioner which I keep covered in the off season went out after it was serviced and that claim was denied. What a rip-off. A very disappointed customer.

Lately our claims have not been covered, such as Dishwasher, oven vent, etc. when you say replace in your contracts, you do not replace 100%, only a fraction is replaced.

Very aggressive, harassing, bullying salesperson. Very bad customer service. I tried to cancel my policy today but to no avail- although we purchased today and we’ve 30 days grace period to cancel. We filed a complaint with the BBB, and plan to file two more with CFPB and VA AG-if we don’t get our refund.

They will not return phone calls. I have tried several times. Extensions given will not work and you deal with different people. Very frustrating. Service company said they have paid for the same service with the same plan. They don’t understand why they wouldn’t approve this.
