We had a good tech to do the work. But on larger projects, I might prefer my own dealer tech.

To wait over a month to have an 11 year old microwave is simply unacceptable. 11 years old and you choose to repair it OVER A MONTH later? We won't be renewing

No help based on the expert technician. Untruths spoken by Azfar A who spoke down to me and over me. Requested meeting with additional case manager, he told me he was the highest level I could communicate with in your company. He called on a Sat when I was asked to use the calendly.com link to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. I'm happy to share all my documentation with anyone who will actually listen to me and speak truthfully.
