Buyer beware! The worst company I’ve dealt with. They’re totally inflexible and read off a script to make the customer experience as frustrating as possible and provide the bare minimum for your claim. Once they decide on a claim they refuse to reconsider it under any circumstances, Avoid them.

I’m very frustrated with the lack of service. They scheduled a technician to come 2 times and they were a no show and they said they would find a new technician which they did not. Asked for a manager to call but they didn’t. I am trying to get a company that I found to get all the paperwork they need to get my heat pump fixed

NOT happy,at all,with replacement toilet. I had a handicap toilet with elongated seat & they replaced with handicap round seat. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH NEW TOILET with one exception that I do like how it flushes & flushes with force. I was very pleased though with the plumbing company they sent out

Company only pays for "builder" grade equipment which is lot lower quality than our existing equipment. Some services are supposed to be covered that they did not and when I appealed and followed up several times, still haven't heard back. Stay away from this warranty company!

Choice Home Warranty send out subpar people who do not know what they are doing, nor have the right tools on their trucks. My husband had to loan the plumber the right tools to take apart our faucet, which he then lied about the issue and voided out our warranty.

Customer service is difficult to deal with, the resolution team is hard to get in touch with. I've been made promises and they haven't been kept, I filed a claim in July of 2022 regarding my ovengama it is now February 23 and it still has not been fixed or replaced.

It took over a month for them to satisfy my claim. Then they decided on two occasions to pay for the upgrade in the fan. I expected replacement of the same item and that was not the case. They only allowed me $70 and I even downgraded to $175 fan. Not satisfied at all. The company is hard to work with and has no contractors.

Replaced pool motor with a rebuilt one that was defective. Refused to install a new one. Many phone calls later with pool service they sent with no positive results. Ended up having to pay my regular pool service $2600 for a new correct motor.

The process to get assistance with my washing machine was chaotic at best. After weeks of no information, I was told that there is a flat rate offered when a replacement is necessary. There was not room for discussion. Very dissappointed in the overall customer service and process.

Probably the worst warranty company ever. I got lowballed on a replacement dryer. American Home Shield never did that. Guess I have to go back to them. They have sent one decent technician to repair my dryer. The other one was a disaster who has sent threatening messages which I informed Choice Home Warranty but they don’t seem to care.

I was not able to contact the contactor by phone or email (Sears). They told me the dates they could come and never gave me a choice. I travel a lot and I needed a range of dates and every time I canceled because I was travelling, they set another date that I was on the road. Finally I paid a local contractor to fix my oven.

Terrible! The manager assigned to my case was rude and when I told her that my fridge cost was 2800 and the 900 dlls she offered was not enough and she told me that the maximum she could offer was 1199 and I did not have another choice. When I asked Victoria to let me speak to her manager she told me with such a bad attitude I’m the manager.

It took a very long time to receive a EMAIL for the voucher to purchase a new dryer and it was only good for a purchase at Lowes. I could have gotten one at a nonprofit store much cheaper.. Had to pay $330 more plus delivery and installation.

They do not cover or replace as stated in their contract. Rarely can get a repair person to our home and those that do come are not very knowledgeable. Had a couple good ones. Spent 395.00 for three visits for a dryer and it was a plugged vent. Horrible, horrible company!

I will not be renewing my contract with Choice, the Technician was great, you declined to fix the washing machine. The bearings on the washer was the cause of the loud noise and the reason it went to high spin no matter the size of the load.

Had appointment yesterday scheduled 3:00pm to 8:00pm with plumber. I finally went to bed at 10:15 pm. Multiple phone calls went unanswered. Never showed up. Never returned any phone call. Even left a message on the Facebook site. Very disrespectful.

I purchased a home warranty from this company. And when I called them on a claim for my ice maker. They denied my claim without a reason. I paid in full. And they did not honor my request for a refund. If I could get my money back, I could purchase a new refrigerator with a working ice maker.

it is difficult to reach a live human. they assign you a company and the company that you are assigned to for the work is robots only until the time is too close to reschedule or anything, or speak to a live human. The technicians who do the work are outstanding and of high quality.
