Choice seems like they do jot care sbout thrir customers. Tried to call to duscuss smount provided for replacement but no response. We received 494 dollars to replace a 2400 dollar ice maker. Am not impressed with customer service.

I don't like you have to get things approved before they come out and fix the problem. Especially when you are paying for the problem to be fixed. Also why are you being charged extra when you use a credit card.

Terrible. Communication is spotty, vendor choices often terrible, resolution is not guaranteed one way or another. I was a realtor for 20 years and have purchased hundreds of warranties for clients. This one is not good.

Loved the service provider. CHOICE took OVER a week to assign the job even after stating they had elevated and prioritized my non-functioning system. Once assigned service provider was there within 24 hours. DEEPLY Frustrated with CHOICE's substandard customer service and deliberate indifference.

CHW set an appointment for the follow up with vendor that they did not honor stating I should have called to confirm, although, that was not the process for the initial visit. I got an email from XHW for the initial visit & it was set. The follow up is a disaster. I have to wait 3 more days for someone to repair my AC. Horrible!!!!

Customer service is horrible. It’s been 9 weeks without an oven, still waiting on my check to buy a new oven. Takes forever, their process makes it impossible to get anything repaired or replaced in a timely fashion. Same thing is happening with our fridge, going on almost 4 weeks without a fridge, still waiting.

According to messages from Choice Home Warranty we would have a technician assigned to our claim within 24 hours. It has been 33 hours and we have not heard anything. This is the second time this has happened. With temperatures in the high 80’s and high humidity it’s just sad they don’t seem to care if our AC gets fixed.

I am convinced that all home warranty companies are not worth it. Choice is the 4th one we have had through the years, and none of them ever live up to the expectation. They all try and deny any and all claims that come in and require escalation to actually get anything approved.

Choice warranty should list the items they don’t cover, for instance I had a wall hydrant that had a broken stem screw that holds the rubber gasket inplace and seals the water off when you close the valve, for some reason they call this neglect and didn’t cover, the plumber didn’t understand it either,
