Denied claims, very slow to prove or find a service rep, and would not refund for using a local technician. Heat went out in winter and they wanted 2 weeks to fixed it.

They promised me Ron reimburse the repairs for $350 and asked me to renew my policies. I renewed the policy Ur they never send me the reimbursement check.

This was my first time dealing with a company that did not fix my water heater leak complaint. When I had American home shield I never went through this.

I submitted a claim for same problem June 2023, it is April 2024, which CHW is informing me that the work is complete, however, it still not fixed.

Inevitably CHW finds a way to deny the claim. I would say I have in 5 years had about a 50% success rate.

Picks and chooses what they want to cover. When something bigger actually happens they’re out. I’m having to hire an attorney to look into a simple matter.
