You have many good honest technicians that are cheated out of their money. The rules are so slanted that the customer and technicians don’t get paid. Next time I buy a plan it’ll be with honest people. All the things you say are covered are never covered. The customer and technicians are the looser. Another thing don’t keep blaming COVID for poor phone response.

Called Choice Warranty on Oct. 14 about a leaking outside water faucet. They sent someone to my home on Oct. 18 from Orlando which is a good 55 minute drive to my house. They denied the claim. My daughter had the same problem and has a different home warranty company (her faucet was fixed). I called a local plumber who installed a new faucet, replaced the stucco he had to cut through and was finished in 1 hour. Can't wait to see my water bill, plus paying Choice home warranty. Not happy

Wahing machine broke . Over 10 years old. You did not cover it. It couldn't be fixed. You said it wasn't regular wear and tear. What did we climb in there and disconnect the barrell which rubbed on rubber and messed that up. This is how you get our money. So shameful.

None of our experiences with this company have been positive. 1st claim was the refrigerator no one ever came, all the food ruined had to buy a new one. 2nd claim dryer tech said it needed a part and it would take 5 to 7 days, had to buy a new one. We have been trying to get the air conditioner fixed almost 2 months! So no we are not satisfied with this company and would not recommend it to anyone!

Denise claims that are less then 200$ after taking my 60$ for years. What's the point of having a warranty on an older house if you don't cover older pipes? Rust and corrosion exemption is a way to get out of paying your customers repair on older houses.

The sales person Rob, lest night, offered me 1 year at $429 and a free additional month. I rejected the offer. Then he offered 3 years at $429.00 per year and 6 additional months for free. So I would get 3 1/2 years home warranty for a total of $1287.00. I accepted the offer. When I received the e-mail of my purchase it was only for 13 mo. @ $429.00. I called and cancelled I cancelled this morning as soon as customer service opened. Rob deceived me!

After being a "member" for about a year, I tried to use Choice for the first time. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. I went a week without air conditioning (I live in hot South Florida) and there was still going to be another 3 to 4 days minimum for a repairman to actually come out to repair. I canceled Choice. I then picked up the phone and got an AC repairman to come in a few hours. Never again will I even think of using Choice!

Very bad insurance. Very bad customer support. Selling more than they actually providing. Not worth your time and efforts to deal with them in YOU HAVE NICE appliances. Coverage is very low. I've got broken expensive fridge. They offered only $490 and was not able to explain how their policy reflects in this number. They said that they are just having some sort of a chart that is only for internal use. This chart doesn't have any specifications or functionality that are stated in their policy. Very sad about my choice with them. Will not recommend.

I've had mixed experiences using this service. There were times when I encountered great individuals who provided valuable assistance, but unfortunately, there were also instances with less helpful people. Overall, it's been a blend of positive and negative interactions.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. This company is absolutely the worst. I just signed on with this company a few months ago. They refused to fix a problem that I had but yet charge me the fee for having their so-called expert come out. I definitely plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Absolutely horrible. Once my contract ends, they will never have to worry about me ever using them again, and I will let everyone I know be aware of how they treat their customers.

ice maker repair/replace still not fixed after two visits. The first technician replaced a part that didn't need replacing. I showed him the problem was inside the freezer not in the back, where he took the panel off and put in a new part. Freezer still leaking into the ice bin and created a big ice block. The second tech knew exactly what the problem was but had to order a new ice maker. So since 9/12/2021 I still do not have a functioning ice maker. Next scheduled appt is October 18, 2021.

I've been a choice warranty customer for 12 years Always very satisfied with the results Recently my washing machine broke Choice warranty told me That it was cheaper to get a new one than to fix my current one they told me they would give me $343 Anyone knows you cannot buy a washing machine for $343 Choice warranty is all about if we cannot fix it we will replace it... they did not stand behind their advertised words.. bottom line I settled on $343 so it cost me another $300 to purchase a machineBeware of choice warranties fault statements

The technician was great but the overall process with choice warranty is a disappointment. It takes entirely too long to get results. It took a week before a technician was scheduled to come out to fix my washer. Now it’s going to take choice warranty company 30 additional days to give us a lowes gift card. I am extremely disappointed in the timeframe and the gift card. The gift card is barely $340 for a washer at lowes. Washers are $600 or more. A check would have been better at least I could use it at a used appliance store and actually affordably replace my unit.

Not very happy now. Just received a email from Sears stating they could not find replacement part for my oven. So now what. There was no reason why. Or reason for delay. Don’t see why I should have to wait maybe six months maybe with backlog for shipment for a part they may not make anymore. Not impressed!

During a scheduled preventive maintenance for our furnace, dangerous burned piping was noted. Clearly something was wrong with the furnace. The technician advised the need for a new furnace as this was a major safety issue. Choice warranty as denied the claim. This is the second tome Choice has found a reason to deny coverage. We have 2 houses covered by Choice and I will never renew the policy. Save your $$$$. Choice Warrant is a scam😡

I would not recommend Choice Warranty to anyone who asks. The denied fixing my a/c within 5 minutes stating that it was not due to fair wear & tear. What do you call it when it was working fine for the last year and a half and then stops? That is fair wear & tear. I will appeal and if not resolved, I will cancel. This behavior is in line with what I have learned since I signed with them.

I am not pleased with anything about this company. We have had multiple claims to have been denied in each instance with no merit. I can’t fathom how after multiple incidents we have had a repair service selected and trusted by Choice provide a recommendation that Choice ultimately denied with frivolous basis! There has never been a contractual basis for the denials and appear to be very subjective. I would NEVER recommend anyone to utilize this company and will leverage every Avenue (social media and network of friends) to discourage any potential customers.

I have been member for several years never had to make a claim as our home is new. Moved over from AHS because their claims process was difficult. I have to say Choice service sucks and was recently talked into a three year contract that I paid in full for it. It’s been two weeks and I am still without a microwave. My moms microwave went out about same time as mine and my mom has AHS and already has fully installed new microwave all taken care of by AHS and all she paid was her service fee. I guess AHS not so bad after all. Considering switching back.

If I could give them a lower score, I would. Offered me a third of replacement cost for my dishwasher. When I asked what dishwasher I could buy for that amount, I was met with silence because they would have to go off script. My Real Estate Team will no longer be recommending this company. Frankly, American Home Warranty is who we should have gone with in the first place. Waiting for my small check to arrive (In 30 days) before I cancel.
