I am very disappointed in the service I have received from you company. I will never recommend anyone to use you. I am a realtor and I will be taking your company off my preferred provider list. There has not been one claim that went smoothly. I am still waiting for someone to come fix a circuit breaker that the tech lied and said we were not available. We waited all weekend to just read a not on our account stating we were not available.

The poor customer service and the fact that it took sooooooooo long to get my claim approved. The fact that I had to email a Claims Manager to provide them with the same document the vendor submitted is appalling. Now I will likely not have my AC repaired until Monday, unless the vendor can come out between tomorrow and then with three full AC unit installations before me.

it's a terrible service. When you have a problem and you call, you will wait forever for some one to get back to you. They are very unprofessional, never fix the problem efficiently. I had a refrigerator issue, and it has been six days, I have not gotten my issue resolved. I have been on three home warranty companies, this is so far the worst one.

I submitted a claim on July 1st for my AC being out. It’s July 16th in TEXAS and it hasn’t been fixed. I’ve called almost everyday and I have received no answers. If a manager calls and I am not by my phone they leave a voicemail but no number to call back so I have to go through customer service all over again. The claim process is not easy. There are no results and no answers provided!

I called 2/3 days ago about my air conditioning not working. I have emailed too. I have yet to hear from anyone regarding this matter. Meanwhile it’s 100 degrees or hotter in my house. Things are melting. Things are falling off of the wall. Plants are dying. And nobody from Choice Home Warrenty and or an air conditioning company, has called to make arrangements. I have had to move elsewhere with no information on when my home will be repaired.

Horrible customer service and miss information given during both the sales process as well as the service process. I ended up getting screwed by CHW and had to pay for the repair myself. In over a month's time they said they could not find a tech to come out, even though I was told I was in an excellent location for coverage. I made 2 phone calls and found a tech, they came out and repaired the fridge and now CHW will not reimburse me for the cost. You suck and I wasted my money on your warranty.

Very disappointed in Kyle, the rep who called and charged my CC for services after he rudely hung up on me and charged me after he hung up. I told him I need time to look into this and he didn’t like that. I also Spoke with John, a member of your management team who said he would take care of this issue. I know A refund can be applied back to my CC but the point is the man Fraudulently charged my CC after I said no and after we hung up. My CC company is aware of the situation and will be in contact with your company.

Just the request for evaluation. So. Here you are. Bad service! Extremely weak communication. Questionable intent by your company. Have I been stolen from? I don’t know.

We had an air conditioning issue during 105 outward temps with an internal 100 temp in our upstairs. We had already lost a nights sleep and as a front line nurse having to wait 24 hours for a response heading into one of the hottest weekeds of the year in Austin we were very concerned if we would get any service until the following week. But equally as concerning was the total lack of caring and cold indifference the Choice team repeated as we continued calling hoping for some excelleration of our issue. I find the Choice Warranty team cold, righteous and uncaring!

Well I don’t have a hot water heater yet. Going on 3 days and entering a weekend. Hmmm That’s not good. Won’t authorize install immediately even tho replacement has been approved. Customer service/satisfaction huh?? Not really. A hot water heater is an emergency!! 4 people in a home (2kids) and no water to shower. Awesome! Reconsidering my warranty choice (Choice).

My service will start on the end of this month but I have concerns and not comfortable since the agent convinced me that if I paid one year in full I will get a promotional discount plus 2 months free like will pay for 12 months and get the service for 14 months BUT when I get the contract it was for 13 months?? Very tired to call again but not comfortable and most probably will cancel it because I lost the trust

Our air conditioner went out on a Friday, we called and were told we would be contacted between 4-24 hours. We were not. Finally, Monday, yes Monday we were told to find our own provider because Choice didn't have a provider in the area. This is our first experience with Choice and it was not at all what I was expecting. Thinking about going back to our other provider, we never had any issues like this.

The lack of concern and compassion is insulting and offensive. The air conditioning system went out in our home on Thursday evening; I filled a claim on line --- when I finally spoke with a representative her response was true to the script she'd been taught to recite. Bottom line; done with Choice; shopping around or will do with out. Nothing Choice said prior to a commitment from me was exhibited in that claim process. Had I not intervened with the company they scheduled we would still be suffering the high 90 temps in an oven of a house.

I called CHW on Friday July 2 2020, made a Claim about my air conditioning not working. I was told I would here for someone with in 24-hour. I didn't! Called on Saturday morning told the something. Now today Sunday morning I called again and was told We found you an technician an I will receive an email on what time he will be there. Now 2:40 pm on Sunday I call back to let them know I have not received a email from the technician, then i was told there are still looking for a technician. I was being deceive the whole weekend. Not happy with the service at all. Oh my AC is still not fixed.

It's been a very bad experience for me trying to get my AC repair. I submitted my Claim about a month ago and nothing has happened, the company assigned to fix my AC has made two appointments to fix the issue but in both occasions no show. And Choice home warranty hasn't been capable of resolving my issue. Here I am in the Arizona summer dealing with one AC doing the job of two not cooling enough. A REALLY BAD DESICION on my part buying "CHOICE HOME WARRANTY".

The customer service representative didn't tell me the truth about the service fee. Once I paid for the full year in advance, they continued to try to get more money out of me. I paid the $420.00 for the year up front. after receiving the contract the service fee was higher. I called to cancel the service the Representative offer to give me a lower service fee. But he got upset because I wanted to just cancel. I ask for a supervisor he refused to allow me to talk to someone. Very bad customer service. The system put amazing on there and you can't remove the word Amazing

I am a RE Broker. I recommended your company to several clients. ALL have had a bad experience with you. I have made 3 claims and was screwed by you on all three. I am sending letters of apology to my clients. My daughter had a refrigerator problem. You sent the same tech 3 times, she lost all food 3 times. You never repaired her refrigerator and she bought a new refrigerator, not replaced as you say you will All techs say you are lousy as well, you even screw them!

This is a terrible company to try to work with. They are very nice and easy to reach until they get your money. Then they find any reason they can not fix the appliance or pay a claim. The tell you they'll send a tech, then don't. They say get your own and we'll reimburse the claim. Then they insist on you entering information in THEIR system but won'allow it. There is no one you can call. They will not give you a phone number for authorization, that won't call you. They are a rip off. Sears was a 100% better company.

They are an awful company. First time I called needing a plumber they could not find one for us. We had to hire our own and we pd. full price. Second time needed a plumber again. They sent someone who lives 2 and a half hours from us. He could not come for a week , and we had no hot water. I talked to him personally and he had nothing good to say about the company. He told me they can not get good service people to work for them and that they hire and send workers who know nothing about the job they have been hired for. Crazy!
