I received this warranty from my real estate agent. I submitted a claim for my ac. The technician didn't completely check my ac but he found a problem. He did not fix it. 2 weeks later something else broke on the ac. 2 weeks later. My ac went out. No repairs were made. I had to replace the ac myself. Awful company, bad service and it will cost you more to repair your home yourself after choice.

This place is a joke. We had to pay $1600 to get a compressor replaced because they wanted to loophole us and say proper maintenance would have avoided it. We haven’t even been in the house a year. Our AC is out of refrigerant and they denied our claim again stating that the previous company installed in wrong and it was our fault. We wouldn’t be in this situation had they honored the contract and covered the part like they were supposed to

This company will not help their customers. I have been without air since June 16. The company sent their tech out who told them my entire system needs to be replaced. They stated that he told them no failures were found. Later I hired two of my own tech to come out and they confirmed my entire unit needs to be replaced. I advise you stay away from this company. No one from Choice company has ever called me back regarding my claim or what the ETA would be in repairing my washing machine. My washing machine has been broken since last Friday, August the 7th. I am having to take my clothes to a laundry mat in the meantime while waiting to be repaired.

My technician arrived on time, did his inspection, submitted results to Choice Warranty and then had to wait for Choice Warranty’s email/contact approval to do the job. What I was told via online and phone call this would take TWO HOURS TO PROCESS BY CHOICE WARRANTY. IT TOOK NEARLY 8 hours!, This is unacceptable!

I hate this company and do not plan to renew my contract once its ended. They do not follow the recommendation of any of the techs that they send out to repair services. They deny and send back info that is contrary to what the service tech had recommended. Two claims and all denied base on what Choice feels. Very very disappointed and dissatisfied. I have a appealed my case and will take them to court if necessary because I have no power and they deny fixing my breaker box.

Made a claim for an air conditioner. Service person came out to look at it then sent in recommendation. It was immediately denied. Claim office read from a script and informed us that we needed a matinance plan for the warranty to be valid. When we asked about that we were told "oh we don't say anything about that when you sigh up"

I have been trying to get my washing machine fixed since May 28. Choice warranty keeps just telling me it's in their approval department and that I'll hear back within 24 but they never do. They do not honor their contract. They do everything in their power to avoid answering questions. I call to talk with a supervisor and rarely get called back. No one seems to be able to directly contact the approval department to find out what the status is, they just say to call back and never do anything!

You suck. Repair person showed I paid for repair. You declined payment. When I purchasedEVERYTHING was covered. No not so much. I’m a developer currently building 350 homes an will make it my Mission to insure you get NO business from my clients and will advertise against you at every trade show I participate in. Your follow up email from supervisor never appeared. Your credit card sure worked when I bought policy. Unbelievable performance never again and I’ll do my best to insure nobody I know comes to you. The waiting period for service is far too long. I'm finding out the reason nobody wants to work with you is because they have trouble getting things actually repaired with the proper parts or payment for the work they do for you. Not a good feeling when the repair people tell me these things. Also I've heard this from more than one contractor.

Its impossible to cancel choice home warranty even after the contract is expired. I contacted them over phone and as soon as i mentioned about cancelling the policy, they kept transferring me to various people, i was on phone for more than 1 hour and still could not cancel. They have started charging me eventhough my card information in the account is expired. Very poor customer service! Their website does not provide an option to cancel as well. Never buy a warranty which you cannot cancel easily. I am still trying to see if there is a way to cancel

The technician missed to appointments. He called me today from Home Depot and asked what faucet that I wanted. I gave him the model number and Store SKU number and I told him I would pay the difference. He said he would call me and let me know. I never heard from him, so I tried to call him to see if he was coming and he would not answer his phone. Then I get an Email stating that my claim was reassigned. I paid him $85.00 in Cash and got no receipt. I am not happy with K&K plumbing repair. I've been without a kitchen faucet for 6 days now. I'm really not happy with his service.

I am not very happy that it takes the technician two trips to my house only because the A/C company has to wait hours for CHW to give the authorization to do the work. Then have to come back the next day to finish the job. Just crazy !! I have no idea why it says amazing on this but they are far from amazing.

Awful. Temp outside has been 93 or better since Saturday when I made the call. Took 5 days to "fix" the AC a month ago but here I am again. Just got a note a few minutes ago that they added 3-5 days for "Parts". Not sure why we are waiting for parts on a replacement unit that I assume is new. I do know that when someone finally calls me back from service, that they won't be able to answer my question. Any chance the call could be monitored to "improve customer service". :) :) :)

My AC was working when we got our policy, but choice decided that it was an issue occurring before our policy. The issue was a leak and the AC having no refrigerant. I'm not clear how Choice could know when this happened, but do not use them. I am stuck with them for the rest of the year shelling out 40 dollars for them to provide me zero assistance.

I got assigned a Technician only after 24 hours after submitting the claim and then the assigned technician’s appointment was only after another 24 hours and then the technician never showed up... the technician didn’t answer my multiple phone calls or texts...I had to speak to Choice more multiple times to get a new technician and finally the work was done after 3 and a half days...I had to suffer through the heat for over 3 days...I had to buy a portable AC due to all the delays...overall this is a very bad experience for me...

Tried to call, was put in hold, chose to be called back as one of the phone options and nothing! It’s been More than 24 hours now. I’m about to cancel this piece of crap policy.

I had to use a tech of my choice, the reimbursement process is very cumbersome for a claim / cost that totaled $133.00; I can understand it if I was replacing an entire unit and thousands of dollars. With this experience I will probably go back to my original home warranty company when this expires.

Horrible. I have submit a claim for not having any water in my home. The first time a tech came they guess and what’s wrong and fix things that I had to pay out of pocket. A couple weeks later NO WATER again so I had to pay AGAIN for them, they didn’t fix anything. This was the 3 time and YOU all never dispatched anyone. I had to find my own person and. I was 3 days with no water in my home waiting for you all to find someone

I am very disappointed in the service I have received from you company. I will never recommend anyone to use you. I am a realtor and I will be taking your company off my preferred provider list. There has not been one claim that went smoothly. I am still waiting for someone to come fix a circuit breaker that the tech lied and said we were not available. We waited all weekend to just read a not on our account stating we were not available.
