I've put in 2 claims since July 16 and my issues still have not been repaired. The technicians scheduled were excellent but CHW still have not communicated to the technician to repair my problems. CHW have awful communication issues with me and the technicians. It's like YOU DON'T care and DON'T Want to fix the problems. How sad, I can't believe your service.

Terrible! Stay away! Wont fix anything! Called on 4 separate occasions, they will charge you $65 service fee each time and tell you its not covered! When you cancel them, they will continually hang up on you and keep charging you. Took me 5 months for them to actually cancel and my bank wont reimburse me any of the money because Choice Scam Warranty wont accept my cancellation!

My experience with Choice was very bad. First, Choice scheduled my appointment one day before from the actually day that the A/C technician came to my home. Second, Choice declined my claim open on 11/07/2020. The claim manager did not an idea of the reason, she was just reading. Her approach was not professional as it should be.

I had an issue with my sewer pump, when I purchased the warranty I was inform that everything in the house was cover under my plan, including part of my pool , I actually had to pay extra for having a pool, this is my first time trying to use the warranty and the claim was declined.. it is ridiculous, I haven't had the time but trust me I will contact my attorney to try to cancel this contract and get all my money back.. I can not deal with companies like yours the scam people

Well my dishwasher was acting up you sent a technician out, he told you what needed to be fixed and it was easier for you to say oh we’re gonna replace it instead, so here’s $179 check , like people can afford to just go get a dishwasher I thought this was the point of a home warranty so we wouldn’t have to come up with large amounts of money to fix things, i will not renew with this company and will be doing many post on all military posts about how this company is a rip off

This company is horrible!!!!! They do not cover anything. You pay monthly and once the repairman gets to your residence NOTHING is ever covered. I tried to cancel and they kept taking money out of my account and then refusing to immediately put it back in. I repeatedly told their staff I did not want their service and yet they still took money out of my account. This company is awful DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

1. When my refrigerator went out and the service was beyond replacement cost Choice Home Warranty offered about half the replacement cost. They based this on the fact (?) that they found one for that price five states away and it was a discontinued model which had sold out previously. It was no longer available. Nonetheless that is the basis for their reimbursement. 2. When I did not renew coverage, they, on their own, began charging my credit card for monthly payments.

When I signed up on the phone for my current address, I told the salesman that I wanted a $45.00 copay since I'd had that copay on my former address. He said "No problem...you'll get that." Well, I had to pay $65 to the plumber. I want that changed.

I’ve been trying to get my duct work looked at for 6 months now. My claim has been sent to 6 different contractors. 5 of those actually come and looked at my duck work and said it old, molded and needed to be replaced. Choice finally made a response to my claim and denied it. When i bought the warranty i was told it would cover ductwork only to find out now that if the duck work collapsed they won’t cover it. Also they schedule appointments without even confirming if the time is good for you. Very disappointed in this company and i would not recommend them to anyone

When I called about the leak at the pool pump you set up for a technician to come to the house. I paid $75 and then you denied the claim saying you do not pay for pool leaks. If that is the case why did you even schedule a visit? You should have just told me you don’t cover leaks and then I would not be out $75 for no reason, i feel I was gyped.

This company was told by the technician on a 3 way call that the repair should be covered. It was in plain english. Melony R the case manager for Choice home warranty, did nothing with that info.All this company wasn't is your money, and nothing to do with the claim. Expect to be routed, deceived, lied to, and denied.They are not worth 2 mins of your time to be considered . BBB case reported, I will take them to court if I have to. I asked for proof of why they denied the claim, and they are avoiding the question. Stay away.

I decided to contract with this company based on what their salesperson said to me on the phone. Even though I had older units that I wanted coverage for, multiple salespeople assured me that they would be covered. When it came time to have a repair done, they DID NOT cover anything and told me that I should have read the contract better and not trusted what their own salespeople told me! They refused to give me a refund even though I had used NONE of their services!

Their customer service STINKS. They are non-responsive (including management); you are unable to speak directly with anyone other than the rep who answers the phone and they have NO authority to do anything except "escalate" issues. Even with escalation no one responds, including management team. They don't replace broken appliances -- only offer meager cash offer. They don't consider the quality of the broken appliance -offer made based on lowest quality.

When I signed up for Choice Home Warranty I spoke with a salesman about the air conditioners that I had. I told him I had separate ACs in each room. He suggested I sign up for a three-year agreement so I could protect all the ACs since they won't break down all at once. The first time one of the ACs broke down, my claim was denied because Choice Home Warranty does not repair the non-ducted wall units. I spend $1200 on this agreement and now have to spend another $800 to repair the ACs on my own. Now comes the stress of trying to get out of this contract.

Not at all customer friendly. Didn't appear to care about my particular need, only concerned with renewing my contract. Since having this plan, it was like pulling teeth to get something done. I was not notified of my responsibility to pay for the service call, until the technician was ready to leave. I paid him because of professionalism, knowledge of what he was doing. My contract is up on the 24th of October 2020?? Who knows?

This warranty company is not very attentive. Very few of their employees are actually helpful and willing to do their job in a timely fashion. My Microwave has been broken for 1 month now and I am just starting to begin seeing the resolution process. The case manager I was assigned was not readily available nor did she respond to my emails. This whole warranty process has just been a disappointment.

The HVAC service provider that came out was great and took care of the problem. My issue is I logged the claim on September 28, 2020 and Choice Home Warranty scheduled the service appointment for one week later. Unacceptable! Blamed COVID on their prerecorded updates to me. Come on! Lame excuse and not correct. They obviously don’t have a good contract list of providers.

NO SUCH CALL TILL THIS DAY! I'm going to choose the option of the $169.99 check now and I'm going to demand a 1 month credit. You guys are garbage and this is crazy. And yes I will be canceling when I find someone else.

I signed up with Choice Warranty a year ago. So far, 3 service calls for different appliances were all disappointed. Yes they can send someone like next day but the technicians are not well trained and qualified to do the job. This is the worst home warranty company I have used. I am leaving. Wonder how do you vet the local contractors? Have you look at Google review before you allow a contractor to come in?

From the first phone call to now, a horror show. I have used Choice for claims in the past, have recommended them. I'm outraged at the unprofessional services I continue to NOT receive. The only bright spot was Handy Manny who did the job for me. When I missed a supervisor callback, I was instructed to call back a general number and start the process all over again.

It took almost 2 weeks to get a technician to come look at the dishwasher. I received a robo call from Choice advising of the time for the technician to come. When I contacted the repair company, ... Choice had not sent the work order. The technician then called Choice for the work order ( this was on the day of the appt ). Choice does not do a decent job of keeping the client informed! Very, Very POOR customer service.
