Terrible first experience for both us the homeowner and the Arkey Locksmith business technician. Communicating with Choice warranty was extremely time-consuming and difficult. Hold times when transferred, and dropped calls, limited work authorized, and understanding verbal conversation was frustrating.

Stay away. Awful service. Actually, no service at all. Each time I had to beg. They hook you up with companies that usually have 1 star rating. You’ll be waiting for parts for months. In the end they will pay you small fraction of what your appliance costed you. Plus they’ll be dragging their feet with sending you a check. They paid $300 in my case for a broken fridge. $85 deductible plus I was paying $56 monthly. After 3 months of waiting my check got diminished to $132. So I got $47 in the end. Was it worth it ? You decide. Good luck !

Choice home warranty is a terrible company. They have almost no companies that will work with them in my area. I have placed 3 different claims with them and they have denied repair on each of them. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this company. We invested over $600 for nothing in return. That's money I could have used to repair the things they refused to repair. I will never use them again and will discourage others as well.

All I get from YOU is sorry for the inconvenience. Water in the floor have caused slipped and fell and injury and damaged floor title. DO I NEED TO HIRE A LAWYER FOR YOU TO I UNDERTAND THAT I NEED YOUR commitment to your business?

They have a prompt response rate, but after the waiting period for the repair person, they twice have said they cannot perform the repairs due to limitations. So I was out $68 for each visit and still had to do the repairs on my own.

You refused to pay for work that was recently done at my house under claim #151366009. The work that was supposed to be done was for removal of stoppage in my kitchen sink. The plumbing company had to clean out the clean out area outside the house to prevent/solve the problem. This is year 4 of my contract with Choice and I won't be renewing or recommending this company.

I paid $551 for this warranty only to have them give me only $246 for a new dishwasher! Ridiculous. What is the point of me paying all that money? And how does this entice me to renew? If they would have replaced it for a decent amount then I would renew but this was a waste of money

Very dissatisfied with urgent requests. Choice home warranty has not been able to expedite service calls to fix a hot water heater or repair a refrigerator that is not working. Repairs were scheduled out from 2 days to weeks. They have not “replaced” but rather said they will send 1/2 the value for replacement in a month.

Choice Warranty has crafty wording in their contract that allows them to offer a replacement value at an imaginary price that the customer has no access to. Therefore, they are NOT replacing my appliance they are offering me close to 50% of the value/cost of replacement and I am left in the position of having to Spend hundred of dollars to get a comparable appliance. Their explanation was scandalous. I can not recommend them after this experience and we have THREE policies with them for three of our properties.

All I ever do is pay my monthly fee and deductible for the technician to find some obscure reason why it is not covered. This happened almost every time. It is a scam. I am supposed to be an expert on all my appliances to determine if they are covered. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experiences with CHOICE and will definitely not recommend your company.

Terrible,I call for a problem with my ceiling fan they sent an AC tech afraid of hight without tool or clue the reason he showed up for Now they want to charge me for the rental of equipment needed for the repair ( ladder or scaffolding) how about sending an electrician with proper tools and qualifications to do the job. It is like sending a plumber to fix an electrical issue. The company they contract take any job and your money but are not capable to do the job . You pay them to fix your problems and they create more for you. Would definitely not recommend

Hard to write a good review as all the claims we tried to use were totally useless as you sent people who did not show up or did not even know they worked with you? it has been a horror show. very first request we had to fight with your rep to get someone to fix a leak in our refrigerator. we were only in the home two months but had no idea how old unit was so you said sorry we cant cover it for some stupid reason. so why was it covered item when it was not by your standards. a few other incidents also occurred that were just unacceptable.

I have never received a call or email letting me know if work was approved or not. The company came out and broke holes in the plumbing lines where the put holes in the ground. No one gave them permission to do that. They were just supposed to unclog it. I had a local plumbing unclog it within ten minutes with ballon. We had to repair the damage done by the other company. I will be calling my realtor and tell them to find other warranty company for future sales.

My very first time signing up for any home warranty and here my first claim gets rejected. After speaking with a case manager, things still didn't make sense to me but I'm sure she was just playing by the rules and these rules just seem so very specific. It just felt like Choice Home was finding any particular reason not to approve my claim. Sure maybe I just don't know how to read fine print but the rules just seem so strict. I really don't see a point of paying a $55 monthly and a service fee for something that they will not help fix.

I was very disappointed in having to replace my hot water heater and then paying the $75 deductible (which I understand) and then having a "fee" of $455 on top of that. When I questioned same, I was advised it had to do with fees for such things as required inspection and licensing. I checked with City and learned neither was "required". We purchased the home warrantee to avoid unexpected costs related to our home maintenance. This was an unexpected fee and led to our disappointment.

I have had 2 claims that can’t seem to get taken care of.. an appointment is scheduled and then cancelled. I’ve even called a company after getting an email from choice with an appointment scheduled and the company said they never heard from choice or have an appointment scheduled with me. When you call to choice sales answers immediately but when you get transferred to claims you are on hold for 20-30 minutes (due to Covid lol) and then typically call gets disconnected when you are put on hold after tell them what your issue is.. WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT BUY!
