Because they do not replace the item that is broken they try to settle with you at a lower price and then it takes money out of your pocket to replace that item

1 Claim employee was rude and hung up on my wife. (Tanesha?) She was talking so fast that could not understand her name.

I had a bad experience with a claim. I was assigned and case manager and she never picks up or responds to my email. The opening date she has on her calandra is 2 weeks from now and I need my bathroom fixed ASAP.

Individuals have to trust the companies the purchase Insurance from. This is far from being one of those companies. The are real good at collecting your premiums, however collecting reimbursements is like pulling teeth.

CHW has such a huge disconnect between their own staff and the technicians and the customer is the one who suffers. Also, they are oblivious on how to tell the truth when speaking to the customer.

The agents are very hit or miss, some have your best interest in mind while others seem incentivized to minimize the utility/benefit to the customer.
