They have fought me on every claim. Leak in the wall as well as a leak under the sink and then when they finally did pay for one of them it took 2 weeks and I had to pay out of pocket double what they paid

Terrible customer service and sub par repairs; coverage and minimal and the companies hired are not reputable. Choice Warranty representatives and supervisors are also deceitful.

I've had mixed experiences with my appliances. One was replaced due to a malfunction, and I received a gift card for another. The service was prompt, and the technician fixed another issue effectively. Overall, I'm satisfied with the support provided, but I hope future replacements are more reliable.

You could not find someone to come to my house and fix my air conditioner. Email me to find someone and I did. It cost me 500 dollars. You did not help me with the money at all. Why am I paying to help me every month?
