The claims take way to long to be addressed. I've been waiting 2 weeks for an AC technician to come back and check my AC. He did not repair it the first time.

I took complete package but when asked to repair door bell, simple answer was that it is not covered. When I took warranty CHW was so nice to tell lies that everything is covered

Poor customer service, never received several calls that I was told I would receive from a supervisor. Slow to respond. Too over seven weeks to resolve issue. Told different amounts for my share of cost

I've found the service to be very responsive and helpful. Recently, I used my warranty for a pool filter issue, and they handled it perfectly. I also had a heat problem, and they were quick to set up an appointment and send a technician. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their support!

Not allowing the technician to order part needed to repair the refrigerator , going the cheapest way for repair and that won't fix it , he said we needed a control board to remedy the issue
