They called me to discuss renewal and it just so happened I had an open claim at the time that had been marked completed when in fact it had not. When I brought up my issues with my claim he just kept trying to upsell me a new contract. Never once did he offer to transfer me to someone in claims to see what they could do. When I said, so you don’t care that I’m having issues, his response was “well what do you want me to do? I just work in renewal. “

I am completely upset with CHW's lack of urgency in getting the slab leak in my kitchen repaired. I have made numerous calls to Customer Service with no meaningful results. This is the worst support I've ever received from a home warranty company. I remain intensely frustrated, because I am unable to "crack the code'"to get the kind of service that I am paying $600.00 a year for!

Why can’t you just be up front with your Pricing and discount capabilities! I don’t appreciated being quoted an amount then suddenly offered a lesser amount. If i bought a 6 year then suddenly there was a 3.5 year amount!). I felt pressured to make a fast decision and Alberto M put the original amount $700 through to be processed (yes I checked my credit card.) I will dispute it. I really wanted to go with you guys but you make it hard to like you with this hard sell technique. Just be up front and honest about your pricing at the beginning of the transaction.

They are lier they wouldn’t believe 4 different plumbers that my hot water tank went out We was without hot water for 21 days’ We had to pay someone to put one in. Not fair, I have sent you our bill I expect refund. They also wouldn’t fix my dishwasher The plumber they sent lied to me and them. He cut a hose and didn’t replace it We had too 320 .00 dollars for that $1440. For tank 1760 total You are a rip off I am go to BBB Consumer affiliate And a lawyer. If I have too. For 4 weeks I had no hot water because Choice didn’t want to pay and didn’t believe the plumbers, it was a nightmare for me. I had 4 heart surgeries and I’m not supposed to upset myself, I could have had a heart attack and all their employees were lying all the time. That’s not what you teach your employees they should be honest. We’re so they get the reviews to be the best warranty company? Paid people from China? I just wonder.

So bad that when I proved each time that what they were saying was false they came up with another excuse. Wasted so much money on them. Claim disposal went on for app 4 weeks. Tech got 60.00 serv and never fixed the disposal He even took my disposal with him I couldn’t find anyone to do your pre-approval process locally. Cost me 445.00 nit reimbursed Open case dishwasher after 12 days and no tech found by your company to come out. Today I called and told find someone get them Pre approval and if approved I get my pop money back Again I’m having trouble finding a person to check out my dishwasher.. no success tiday 4/19/23

I am a service provider in Great Falls MT and surrounding . I do Repairs on Plumbing Heating and Cooling systems.. I would advise you to take your business else ware. They do not pay there vendors. I have had to collect from the home owners. File liens on there property and take to small claims court. Do not sign a policy with Choice Home Warranty, FYI They are also Home warranty of America

I have been a customer for about 2yrs. The 1st year Choice and I were a pretty good fit, now not so much. I've had a few occasions to call and place a trouble call and lately the service received has been HORRIBLE!!!! More than a week with no service provider responding. Reimbursement option and no1 from choice responding to approve or deny service while service provider is waiting. Then reimbursement being denied, the service from Choice is really bad and getting worse. I paid for 3yrs and I'm ready to cancel and request a refund. I really want nothing more to do with this company.

The fact that I had a very bad experience with a plumber vemdor and took me hours to resolve us bad in itself . What is worth is that I call ads in on Friday fir a plumber and I was assigned the same vendor I had a problem with . After I stated very clear that that I didn’t want to do business with this vendor ever again . I can be on the phone give hours again . The vendor gave me an Appoiments a week out . I can not wait until this contract is over . Maybe I will have to canceled if this plumber gave me any more grief . Will see

The company should’ve told me that a 30 gallon tank was going to take between two and three weeks five weeks. Sorry I meant five weeks to for me to get hot water until the repair man came and said the reason why it was taking so long is because it was a 30 gallon tank and they’re on back order when I called you guys you should’ve told me that you have a 30 gallon tank, we could put a 40 gallon taken right away so the repair man was fantastic. He helped me so much and if it wasn’t for him I’d still be waiting for a water heater. Thank you.

They take days to get someone scheduled to come out to your home, than the techs reject the job resulting in 2-3 more days of waiting. I was without AC in 112 degree weather for 5 days and kept getting the run around. The tech they originally booked backed out. I made the mistake of paying for 5 years upfront, if not I would dropped choice a long time ago.

Choice Home Warranty, CHW, is a pain to deal with. They always resist honoring the work, and come up with lame excuses so they don't have to pay for repair or replacement. Almost every time I ended up having a bad experience with my claims, so it's very discouraging to even call them to fix things. Claim Manager, Tamika, is very rude and cuts me off when I talk, she is very pushy and enforces her side of the view and is arrogant. I couldn't ask for her supervisor as she was at the top of the claim department. It is not worth having CHW at all.
