Excellent fast service. Disappointed that a month after my first claim they raised my monthly rate.

They are very timely and getting someone out to take a look at the problem but if it needs replacement, they cover next to nothing.

I've only had one occasion to use Choice, and I wasn't totally happy. It took waaay too long for my air conditioner to be repaired last month.

The technicians they send out are top notch, the company fails to replace the items only gives you a low ball discount towards replacing the item.

Replacement value is not like for like. Cheapest appliances are not what we have. Repairs take a long time because not enough techs are willing to work for your company

no return phone call in the time frame promised. it took over a week and a half before we were contacted by a repair person - long after the problem had been fixed.

Because we had to pay a large amount to tech for our air conditioner. It took several weeks to talk with a representative to explain why we had to pay. Same thing happened with our stove top.

They responded quickly, however the product they supplied is inferior to what is being replaced, and I could not speak to anyone on the phone about it.

Sometimes slow at finding a contractor as well as reimbursement for finding my own contractor. Also, need to do a better job at vetting contractors.

They make it too hard to get the work done. The contractors are terrible. The $65 call out fee is ridiculous considering what Choice charges for contracts. There should be no call out fee at all.

Fu recently not what I expect. Assessment of issue not thorough, some contractor simply want to replace rather than repair the problem
