I've had some issues with Choice Warranty not paying for certain item s supposedly under warranty. Wait times for technicians is not great especially when you need your AC.

It costed me $ 65.00 to find out that the part needed for my refrigerator to be fixed was not covered, yet all the dollars that I paid, they were all good.

Sent an incompetent technician to repair HVAC issue. Came 3 times and didn't resolve issue. Had to hire a technician to complete the job and choice would not reimburse me .

If my furnace goes out in the middle of winter I need a repairman NOW not in 4 or 5 days like I had to wait for a repairman to fix my refrigerator.

You don't care!! I signed up with the understanding that I would receive a paper copy of what the policy covers. I am vision challenged. Please accommodate me or I will not renew my plan!

I could have saved the $1700 fee paid to Choice and used the cash to pay for the not-covered frig and water heater. Never again bother with a home warrenty . Is a waste of money

Denied my claim for an ac repair because the part was under warrantee from the manufacturer. Thats baloney! Get the part from the manufactura and cover the installation of the part.

No technicians ever available from CHW, online process for local technicians confusing, reimbursement takes a month which is too long.

We paid in full in advance for multiple years. I have made several claims and they are almost always denied. I cannot find out what is actually covered and am VERY diappointed by coverage and response to claims.

The technician's recommended repair wasn't approved. The AC unit hasn't been fully repaired. The only repair allowed was a patch job that will eventually need to be repaired again.

I went 11 days without hot water because of Choice Home Warranty. They were absolutely horrendous. I was misled. Worst experience that I had as a homeowner, and I've been a homeowner for many, many years.

You can get better coverage with another company. When I needed to used my warranty I found out that it didn't cover what I was told it would cover and the person was very rude.
