It took 4 technicians to get my sink fixed because the first 3 cancelled the job after picking it up. Choice customer service wasn't helpful at all and didn't help the issue get resolved in a timely manner. It took over 3 weeks for the problem to get resolved.

this was not our best experience. The technician scheduled the arrival time, then "slept through his alarm".....and did not show up. We called and called, no answer. He finally got back to us and rescheduled the appointment, then could not issue an invoice. Not a good experience. If I could select "zero" stars, I would.

My review, which is quite negative, is based on my interaction with a Choice employee who said that the cost advertised was not really accurate, but was for one month only after which it would go up. He strongly suggested I pay a $1400 fee up front for one year. This is called “bait and switch “.

Just bc my dishwasher suddenly broke two days into my policy, they refused to cover it. Completely denied my claim. I cancelled my policy bc they tried to say it was a preexisting condition. Garbage. They're just looking for a way to deny the claim and save a buck. I disputed my policy charges with my bank and won.

during the time of purchasing the policy, the agent Kevin told me start of day my policy will be on 11/29 when my current policy with other carrier will expired but the policy date is showing 12/13. Despite few emails, no reply from Kevin yet. I am afraid this is scam and not a legit company.

Every time I have a claim I have to fight with the company to approve my claim. Taking longer to get my issue resolved since they need 48 hrs every time the issue gets escalated and once approved/denied it may take 3-5 days to get the parts. It’s real disappointment. Don’t get their service. Not worth the high blood pressure!

The bait and switch tactics. The lack of refunding as fast as they took payment. The sale rep hanging up and not canceling the policy that she sold to me just a minute before. The manager when ask to cancel policy came back on phone with yet another deal and not just canceling as I asked her to do. Will not use them and will expect my refund in full or will seek out regulators and make a complaint. It is too bad the how they try and sell and when they can't hang up.

Terrible. It's been almost a month and three visits with them attempting to fix the washing machine, making it worse each time. Each visit has been followed by increasingly damaging flooding, the last one made it literally look like it was raining in my basement. Get choice if you want to spend more repairing your home than you would ever spend on an appliance.

I have had nothing but problems with CHW. I placed a claim for my furnace not working and the soonest they could get me in is a week later and no approximate time frame, just any time that day. It is NOVEMVER!!! and going a week without any heat at all is UNACCEPTABLE! CHW customer service SUCKS. I am very unhappy with CHW and I will not be renewing with you again. There are many other warranty companies out there that provide much better service. A very unhappy customer

the contractor who checked my furnace was great but i had a part that was 100.00 dollars and you refused to pay for it so i was out 185.00 at xmas time. i replaced it and could have not even needed to contact you for nothing. prices keep going up also 2 price increases last two years.

Technician was great. Choice warranty sucks. They haven't addressed the issue for more than a month and forcing me to take a short-end of the deal, that is, take cash and replace yourself. The appliance was high-end ($5k)and they are offering me $500. Regular brands costs around $3k-$3.5k + labor + delivery (total ~$4k). Even if I replace to a lower quality brand, they are offerling 10% of the actual cost. Talking to their claims agent didn't help either.

Im currently active duty military and I have the top plan and yet my electrical problem still was not covered and it was a $500 bill i should not have had to pay. Its not my fault a power surge burnt a wire in the house. What is the point in having the top plan if i still can't have piece of mind my home is properly covered! So now im trying to figure out how i can get power back in my house with my pregnant wife and our 3 year old son.

Customer service is terrible. They talk over you when you are trying to explain your situation. And when you ask for a supervisor they ask you why do you need to speak with supervisor, he or she will tell you the same thing. Really?? What has happen to the " Customer is always right" ? You never argue with a customer. I canceled my service and they still charged me the next month. Do not sign up with them
