I have a washer machine that stopped working in January. After three visits from the repairman, and wrong parts being ordered. I still have a nonworking washing machine. It is March 4, 2024. My next appointment is on March 15, 2024 and no new parts have been ordered. I cant wait to hear the excuses.

Had a problem with our dishwasher and they said that it needed replaced. So the amount of money for the replacement didn’t even cover the lowest cost of a new dishwasher. It also took almost a month to get the e-gift card.

Very quick to say u can find your own technician because very few want to work with them. Common comment is they are terrible to work with. What technician wants to come out, take pictures, upload photos and wait for approval to proceed. I wasted $ for a 5 year plan and its been terrible

Misty D was extremely rude! She advised that she was monotone but she was just unpleasant. She even refused to escalate the call to management and claimed that her manager doesn’t speak with customers; which may be the problem. She may feel she can be rude without any accountability.

Filed a claim online. Had to wait one week for an appointment. Called the plumber today. And told had to pay service fee before scheduled appointment. It’s been over a week and I still don’t have an appointment. Choice warranty wrote payment was upon arrival of technician and gave me an appointment date that did not exist.

The tech was not the problem.. The problem was being misled about having my claim covered, only to have it rejected and have wasted a whole day of work, and time only to waste $155 on past due fees, and $85 for the Tech fee just to tell us it was denied.

Paid extra for roof coverage and they wouldn’t cover a what was repaired so I still had to pay $500 out of my own pocket and the representative who canceled my policy was no help whatsoever so I will now get another company, don’t recommend them at all.

They could NOT come up with a contractor and that was something we asked AT LEAST 3 times before setting up the warranty. Then we were told to contact our own plumber after over a week with the clog issue, they only approved the beginning of the repair. We had to pay up front but have not yet been reimbursed.

My sink is clogged. I put in a work order to have it fixed. They wanted to know what was clogging it. The repairman said he would need to put a scope in the drain to determine what the clog was was. Choice Home Warranty said no and denied the entire claim. My sink is still clogged. What a fraud. Stay away from this company.
