This is the poorest excuse of a warranty company. They skirt to not pay every issue you bring to them. I need my electrical outlet fixed. They want me to produce the maintenance on the outlet??

I’m always paying more than they pay for the coverage. Every time I turn around it’s NON COVERED CHARGES TO BE PAID FROM ME. SMH THEY NEED TO DO BETTER

Call me. Your highly vetted service providers are overcharging customers indirectly and your company has no clue about nor can the explain non covered charges.

I filed a claim for a washer repair on May 21st and it is yet to be completed. You don’t follow thru with a claim and ask how it went or if it was completed.

CHW was good when we first got it about 6-7 years ago. But it has gone downhill. My last claim took almost 3 weeks to get a repairman, and by then I had paid someone to fix it.

You save money but need to fight for a long time each claim, they just delay the process and request tons of things from contractors which takes time and effort.
