It's been over a week since I submitted my claim about my heat not working. I still don't know when they will find someone to come out to fix it. This is unacceptable!

Extremely disappointed with services. Techs don't look to find root cause of problems. Customer service hung up on me. My sump pump needs immediate service and still no one has come.

I have been without air conditioning for five days waiting on a service man. That is totally unacceptable in the Texas heat.

Don’t pay for services, vendors don’t show up, or they make you pay much more than the required co-pay. I plan to get another home warranty company and drop this contract.

They've got rules and and I wasn't aware of them and so consequently I really suffered for about 13 or 14 days because of not knowing how they operate. I'm not very computer-literate and it's hard to get them on the phone.

About a month ago, my A/C unit went out. No one came out to see, no one was attending my assignment, and my case was closed. I couldn't figure out why. This company absolutely sucks.

Tech was incompetent and could not locate known crack in heat exchange. Will be expected to pay another service fee to get someone out here to actually fix the problem the first tech said did not exist.

In my experience they have no desire to actually help you or pay a claim! Took this company over a month to settle a claim after being told the part was no longer available, 4 times, by the company who did the evaluation.

My repair service was rescheduled four times over a 2-week period. It's no way I would have paid for a home warranty that could not get a repair person out in 24 to 48 hours.

Terrible. Instead of repairing our washer for $700 you decided to give us $446 to buy a new one. So much for the promise that you would REPLACE or REPAIR appliances. Very disappointed and will not recommend to ANYONE!
