In my first claim, the air handler was condemned but I had to pay for the inside unit which was no longer compatible with the new air handler.

Stove has been out for three weeks and still waiting on parts. Should have just replaced it and I would be cooking again.

On this occasion, there is more cost on parts and labor, than a replacement would have been. Also, time was long for parts and repair wait.

Horrible response time, couldnt get fridge part so gave a small portion paid out in a lowes card which is not close to use and we hate lowes. We had to buy a new firdge as you didnt resolve or pay anything for 8 weeks.

You hold time is always high. There is always an issue with the individual actually showing up at the scheduled time. They never want to approve any work that needs to be completed

I've had some issues with Choice Warranty not paying for certain item s supposedly under warranty. Wait times for technicians is not great especially when you need your AC.

I could have saved the $1700 fee paid to Choice and used the cash to pay for the not-covered frig and water heater. Never again bother with a home warrenty . Is a waste of money

No technicians ever available from CHW, online process for local technicians confusing, reimbursement takes a month which is too long.

Denied my claim for an ac repair because the part was under warrantee from the manufacturer. Thats baloney! Get the part from the manufactura and cover the installation of the part.

We paid in full in advance for multiple years. I have made several claims and they are almost always denied. I cannot find out what is actually covered and am VERY diappointed by coverage and response to claims.

The technician's recommended repair wasn't approved. The AC unit hasn't been fully repaired. The only repair allowed was a patch job that will eventually need to be repaired again.
