Air conditioner went out. Because the coil was pitted you would not cover it. What happened to if you can not fix it you replace it.

The company has made it difficult to submit more than one work request at a time. Designating a company to service our hot tub took more than 3 weeks and several phone calls.

Until the most recent set of issues related or not directly related to the A/C not working, I was very happy with them. However, due to their lack of concern and ultimate responsibility for the ensuing problems, I no longer feel that way.

Last month my refrigerator went out, I paid $75 even though the guy could not fix it, so I went almost a whole week without a refrigerator and then I went and bought a refrigerator.

You say you will replace, then will only give us credit to buy a new appliance. This happened with my claim for my microwave and dishwash.

They made a specific time to call me on Mon @ 11:00AM. I am still waiting for Misty D to contact me. I left 2 messages for Misty. Why did CHW ask me to select a specific date/time to contact me & then never follow through?

This company is a joke. I have had claim since August 26, 2022 and it is now Sept 14, 2022 and I STILL do not have a new hot water installed. If I could give a rating less that 1, I would do so.

It doesn't seem that choice home warranty wants to pay for something that's wrong. It's very hard to get a repair paid for.
