I sign up with choices on 3/7/18 and my rep was awesome. Very patient and understanding. Returned my call in a timely manner to answer questions. Thanks choices for securing my home. I am looking forward to our future interactions.

I am happy that your company is readily available. We were not happy with one of your vendors but you did give us money towards getting it fixed properly. We would never want that vendor again. Every other experience with your company has been great.

The initial voice on the line seemed electronic. Even after I acknowledged her. There may have been a problem with echo on my phone but it was strange. But then I got to your sales man and he was very good. (Walter)

I am "on the fence" with these ratings. I contracted four rental homes (with a three year contract) for PEACE OF MIND and so far, I have had more stress in following through with two claims. One critical claim was over Veteran's Day Weekend, so I had hoped this wasn't typical of Choice Home Warranty service. They couldn't find a service man to even begin the process for over five days. At the end of two separate service calls and the compressor completely breaking down, I was finally offered a total of $500 to replace a refrigerator that was not that old and had an "outside the door" water dispenser. Feature to feature would be a MINIMUM of $800. I ended up spending over $1000 to replace the refrigerator and got a whopping $500 from Choice Home Warranty. (Subtract the two service calls I paid from that total) My ONGOING issue is with a clothes dryer that was reported "not working" SIX DAYS AGO. A serviceman arrived yesterday and said the control board needed replacing and he would let Choice Hone know. The company called Choice Home at 6am. When I called Choice Home at 8am, they said they were still waiting to hear from the appliance company. To make a long story shorter, after multiple phone calls, I am still waiting for both companies to stop telling me, "He said; She said" and just PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE STATUS AND NEXT STEP in this painful process. My tenants would like an operating washing machine.

I was out shopping for a home warranty and as I was reading up information about Choice I decided to call to get a better understanding. What I was displeased with in my experience was my sales rep I had to ask him was he in a hurry because he was over talking me and not allowing me to ask questions. He seemed to in a hurry and I definitely did not like that.

Every thing went great until the salesman kept trying to up sale me when I kept declining. He did his job well but when the customer says no thanks so many times, it doesn't mean keep trying to push it.

I’m in sales and man they are fast. They want your business. While I haven’t had to use this service yet I can only hope that are as good on the service side as they are in sales and we will have a great relationship.

My garbage disposal broke. I put in a work order and the next day I had a contractor at my door changing it out for me. The process was seamless and so quick. Highly recommend.

I've only signed up for the warranty beginning 3/1/18 so I have no experience with the service yet. So far, I am satisfied with the agent I spoke with; however, I was told I was going to receive the policy by mail and I have not yet received it. I have emailed the info line to advise of this and ask them to send it to me.

Your company response time is awesome. I called to open a new claim and the electrician was at my home within 3 hours of the call. The problem was fixed in less than an hour.

If I have to be honest I'm not impressed so far. I closed on my new home on 18 Dec 2017 with a warranty from Choice Home Warranty. I waited until 22Jan 2018 and never received any welcome kit, policy # info, etc. I literally had to call and wait on the phone for well over 7 minutes. I finally get a hold of someone and get a confirmation e-mail sent to me. Then I went to the site and tried to enter my email & policy # and was told it was invalid. So I then have to call a second time today and wait for over 8 minutes. A lady by the name of Cassandra was extremely helpful and fixed the problem with the account which was they had put in my realtors email & phone #; she updated with my info.

I hadn't even completed the quote online and someone was calling me on the phone. It was that fast, maybe 20 seconds after I put my phone number in, someone was calling me. Was trying to up-sell me the whole time, to a 5 year deal. I just wanted to try it out for a year, but he kept pushing. Finally he stopped. When I told him to call me back, he really didn't want to do it. I was literally paying for it online when I got the call. Their prices online are strange!... Every time I quoted the price it was a different amount. Sometimes it was 550 and sometimes it was 440. So not sure what their practices are.

I called to purchase the one year warranty and it only took a few minutes to discuss the payment schedule and the account. This program is a lot cheaper than the one I had before and can make payments on a monthly basis.

This place would be a 3-4 star except for 2 things: 1) the policies are written so that there is minimal exposure to Choice which I understand, but you could cover a few more things and still be profitable which their advertising makes it very misleading in terms of what is actually covered 2) the worst thing about choice is not the way the policies are written, it is the people you talk to once a claim is denied. There are the rudest, most bitter and hateful people I have ever come across. This group is the one that needs to be the nicest, of all the internal groups and are the ones that can save business, but no, they drive it away with their terrible people skills and bad attitudes.

When you are purchasing a home, you often times get a home warranty that is paid for by the seller. When we were searching for a home warranty, we were already frazzled and stressed with the process of buying a home. Choice Home Warranty makes you submit all of your info to get a quote. We don't like filling out those forms because then you have sales people calling you non-stop. We ended up going with another company that was more transparent and gave costs up front and listed all that came with the warranty. Easy to see options and make a decision without unnecessary stress.

Called CHW because of a leak in our roof. They sent David of Boar and we could not be even happier. A trustworthy, true to his word guy, cleans up after his job, very punctual and detailed and also left us a nice report in a black folder. Does not make you feel that CHW sent a third rate service man.

I would have given a 10 if I had been contacted sooner by a technician. I called on Friday morning about my air conditioning, but I was not assigned a technician until Monday and they could not come out until Tuesday. We had 100 degree weather all weekend!!!

I was skeptical about purchasing this warrantee. This was the first time I call for service. I was very surprised by the great service from my initial call for service to the completion.
