This place would be a 3-4 star except for 2 things: 1) the policies are written so that there is minimal exposure to Choice which I understand, but you could cover a few more things and still be profitable which their advertising makes it very misleading in terms of what is actually covered 2) the worst thing about choice is not the way the policies are written, it is the people you talk to once a claim is denied. There are the rudest, most bitter and hateful people I have ever come across. This group is the one that needs to be the nicest, of all the internal groups and are the ones that can save business, but no, they drive it away with their terrible people skills and bad attitudes.

When you are purchasing a home, you often times get a home warranty that is paid for by the seller. When we were searching for a home warranty, we were already frazzled and stressed with the process of buying a home. Choice Home Warranty makes you submit all of your info to get a quote. We don't like filling out those forms because then you have sales people calling you non-stop. We ended up going with another company that was more transparent and gave costs up front and listed all that came with the warranty. Easy to see options and make a decision without unnecessary stress.

Called CHW because of a leak in our roof. They sent David of Boar and we could not be even happier. A trustworthy, true to his word guy, cleans up after his job, very punctual and detailed and also left us a nice report in a black folder. Does not make you feel that CHW sent a third rate service man.

I would have given a 10 if I had been contacted sooner by a technician. I called on Friday morning about my air conditioning, but I was not assigned a technician until Monday and they could not come out until Tuesday. We had 100 degree weather all weekend!!!
