No help based on the expert technician. Untruths spoken by Azfar A who spoke down to me and over me. Requested meeting with additional case manager, he told me he was the highest level I could communicate with in your company. He called on a Sat when I was asked to use the calendly.com link to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. I'm happy to share all my documentation with anyone who will actually listen to me and speak truthfully.
