Nothing is ever covered. "normal wear and tear" is their typical denial response. I live near the ocean so things corrode and rust but its considered normal wear and tear. Joke, I will not renew.

It is very hard to reach anyone or managers, they will tell you they will cover a claim than denied it. They do not pay vendors, I still have yet to receive reimbursement for my claim
